I agree with Altar Boyz, Last Five Years & Tick Tick Boom.
But my absolute favorite is I Love You Because, which really has exactly 6 people so I don't know if it counts... but it should.

Perhaps the thread would be more interesting if we were listing every musical we could think of with under 6 people, as opposed to just our favourites. Although we have already covered all the ones I can think of...
