Today's NY1 report, at least the last one I heard about 2 hours ago was that they should know by daybreak tomorrow. So it sounds like they are planning on working on this overnight.

good night folks seems they got a deal, many reports pointing to a big marketing push Monday morning.so they must have agreed that this must end tonight.

oh, everyone is leaving and I was about to introduce myself. I'm Caitlin, I've kinda just been reading, felt like I should say hi. :)

ABC News has said nothing has been resolved, but both sides are determined and are going to work through the night, and possibly the morning.
