I only have Miss Saigon in Japanese, Dutch, German, Hungarian
Aida in Dutch- not quite bad
I've heard Rent in Spanish... well several songs that is
It's always interesting to hear my favorite musicals in these languages... sometimes it's kinda of ugly sounding, like the Hungarian Miss Saigon one...
Anyone have a favorite language they like to hear their shows? or what shows do you want to hear them do a foreign language to?
I would like to hear Hairspray in another language
Les Miserables- i know there are tons out there, I just have never heard them... anyone know where I can hear a clip of it?
Little Shop of Horrors- especially the title song
The Phantom of the Opera
and i'm pretty sure there are others that I can't name right now...

One of the best is the Berlin production of "The Hunchback Of Notre Dame", called "Der Glockner Der Notre Dame". They had to call it the "bell ringer" of Notre Dame beacause in German "hunchback" is a terrible insult. This is album is great, Alan Menken's best in my opinion, and well worth owning.
