They responded on their facebook page to a question about street closures- only one lane will be closed. I would imagine the permit costs really limit the space they can take up for the event.
I'm super excited to see what they have at the waitress table and then Dear Evan Hansen. It's my first time going to the event and in general just pretty excited to expierence it all.

When you get there I'm sure it'll be obvious.

My best advice is when they push you...and they will, PUSH BACK. There will be ones that will step right in front of you and grab the item right out of your hand. Be prepared to grab back. The best accessory to wear to the flea market is a back bone. Don't be afraid to stand your ground and curse someone out if they need to be cursed out. Because they will have no problem cursing you out.The majority there are somewhat nice, but there is that select few that you need to bring your Agame. I'm not kidding. I went one time and that was enough. And I'm not intimidated by anyone."
Thanks! I'll take this as life advice as well.
Any tips on the prices of merchandise? What stuff should I buy at 10 AM and what stuff are usually available at lower prices at 6 PM?
Rare stuff should be purchased early. That does mean paying more for an item, but better to make sure you'll get it if you really want it. It's hard to say what gets discounted. Like I've gotten some cool stuff like autographed merchandise discounted at the end of the day. But, other times some tables wouldn't go down on their prices.
And again, things can run from under a dollar to hundreds. Nobody can decide for you what your budget is. If you can afford the expensive items, that's wonderful. If you can't, you can't.

Any Idea where its most likely to find CATCF stuff or is it just completely random?

Random thoughts... surprised Sweeney Todd is there. I wonder if the actors donated something.
I'm curious what A Bronx Tale will have. I didn't check out their merch when I saw the show.
The official show tables look a bit disappointing this year. I'll head to Great Comet, Anastasia, and Waitress but other than that, it seems like it'll be an old-fashioned flea market where you just have to dive in and see what you find.
Does anyone remember which table had all the T-shirts last year?

super not happy to see the set up will be similar to last year where they only close off one lane and let cars drive by the barricades, its not safe and just causes congestion in front of all the tables.
I agree that the congestion around the tables was really bad last year. I gave up on trying to sort through stuff on some of the tables last year. And now the tables are being squeezed into even less space than last year, so I think it will be horrible.
At least it won't be raining.
If anyone is willing to purchase something for me at the Great Comet booth tomorrow, please DM me. Much appreciated!!

Donate them to me, please
But seriously, I'll be hunting over some older stuff, like Lestat playbill? And old Phantom playbills, original Side Show (if that's even possible)... Hope I'll find something :)

Good luck everyone! Too hot out for me to make a trip down. But I hope there are some nice finds. Keep checking this thread. Posters are excellent at reporting updates on things that may have not been announced.
I saw a tweet that Evan Hansen arm casts are $500! Wow!

What else is Great Comet selling?

The comet line is insane. I've been on the line for 30 minutes and it's moved an inch.
They had pictures of shot glasses and letters posted on their instagram page but they may be gone already.

saw some photos of LOTS of egg shakers, mugs, tote bags, letters, ensemble shoes, buttons, sheet music, glasses, a necklace, dressing room name tags ( i think? ) formely owned by oak, ingrid, josh, and dave.
I'm so bummed to be missing it this year.

Yeah I had someone getting earrings for me and he said they sold out crazy fast. I wonder if they’ll sell more later, the person who made them said he’d sell them in his shop if there were leftovers.
kind of lame they jacked up the curtain price

This is probably not what you mean: the Roundabout table has little foam heart Falsettos keychains.

Does anyone happen to know what the Dear Evan Hansen table is selling? Thank you so much!
RoundAbout had Falsettos magnets and keychains for $1 or $2 each. The boy who played Jason was volunteering at the silent auction booth.
Comet and DEH now have people holding hastily made signs on a stick that say "Comet line forms here." The lines for both look interminably long. I'll pass.
