I just hope they cast and crew reads this, the cast is simply fabulous. They really cast the perfect ensemble for this show. It's the most fabulous show on Broadway and a must see! I felt I was at a gay club in the 1980's when I saw this show, it was such a good production, with great sets, songs and wonderful avant gard dancing.

If you want to share this message with them, it might be best to reach out on social media. I doubt the casts or creatives of any show would benefit from reading message boards, and I hope they're not reading this one.

So, this thread has nothing to do at all with Lempika's fashion OR opening night. Cool.

Several Broadway stars have sent me private messages through BWW for your information.

Geez, I was trying to be kind and hoping they weren't reading all the terrible comments about their show, but so be it. If performers and creatives are open to honest commentary, then good for them. May they take in everything they find.
As long as we're no longer bothering with kindness, there was also no reason to start a separate thread for this, for your information.

Yes, they've been reaching out the person whose posts are rarely distinguishable from trolling.

Benefit or not, a lot read these boards.

Yes but it’s only because they want to contact muscle23ftl.
Many Broadway stars have reached out to me after I raved about their performances, and I don't need to name names, but it's happened several times, I don't really care if some trolls on here believe me or not. Byeeee!

This original post is the best thing I’ve ever read on here. It should be framed and on a wall at MOMA.
A film should be made about it, then a musical starring the (sadly soon to be unemployed) cast of Lempicka

Well, since no one has really commented on the SUBJECT of this thread, I will! The fashion worn by the audience for Opening Night was lit. Best part of being there. The Longacre was the place to be for people-watching and gathering fun ideas about what to wear to future openings. It was fun to be in a theater with so many creative people dressing to the Nines. A proper-dressed Opening Night crowd!

Please name names. I'm very interested in hearing whose these "stars" are.

If people don't believe me, I'm ok with that. I feel it's not really very classy to mention them.

Yeah, between 2005 and 2012 when this message board relevant and Anthony Rapp would send rants to people for **** talking the Rent movie.

But it’s okay to mention that they have, in fact, sent you messages? Got it 🤡
It was before 2012 indeed.

NOTES:
1. Get rid of the headphones. Makes you look like a tool. If you want to add a technical prop, have a microphone on a stand - those headphones make zero sense.
2. MIRROR YOUR PHONE CAMERA - so whatever you’re showing to your audience isn’t backwards.

Oh my this is embarassing to just admit that I was spot on in my assessment. Just dreadful.
