I think it's a tiny bit tasteless to snap a photo of a battered woman and then post it on a blog with overdramatic headlines.
But then again, she is a celebrity...and we've seen much worse done by the paparazzo.

Poor Chris is calling out for help. If reports are true, he witnessed domestic violence first hand in the home during his youth. Perhaps, he's not even aware that he's been conditioned to act out in a certain way under stress.
I hope that Rihanna moves on. Chris needs help beyond what she's qualified to offer. I also hope that reports of the transmission of STDs are untrue for both their sakes.
Both Chris and Rihanna are two very young people who've stumbled upon instant wealth and celebrity perhaps before either is prepared to deal with all the hoopla.
I don't condone domestic violence but couples have fought since time immemorial. I'm reluctant to rush to judgment without a full account because acts of violence can be provoked as well as random or planned. There's no escaping human nature.

Poor Rihanna... what creeps me out the most is that all of the girls from my area are madly in love with Chris Brown, and a group of my friends actually saw him at a nearby mall (because his hometown is nearby). It's scary to think that a person who could do things like that has so many young, devoted fans...

I don't pay a lot of attention to entertainment news so I had no idea she had an abusive boyfriend. He needs serious help, and this publicity will hopefully make him get that help. It's horrible that she's going through this and maybe someone going through the same thing will be able to take action.
