If PhiPhi and RoXy had won, the fan backlash would have been extreme. I can state that I would never have watched the show again if that monumental C*NT RoXy had won.

I don't even understand HOW or WHY Absolut would want PhiPhi or RoXy to win. Other than their wanting a generic "stand here, look pretty, smile and hold the bottle" toothpaste commercial type. They surely knew they were hated by the fandom and that would most likely hurt their tour/promotion.
Well, we all saw what a stick up the butt, randomly hateful troll Jeffrey Moran (Moron?) was whenever he was a judge.
Perhaps the problem is Absolut's marketing team has no idea what their customer base wants. That sounds like doom for the brand, not for Drag Race. Ironic enough, with so many of their loud ads, Bianca would be the perfect spokesqueen... Loud, in your face, full of heart, exceedingly honest, brilliantly skilled, working to build a community, and will READ YOU for drinking too much.
I find it interesting that the first three winners were very fashion/pretty types. Once Ru started asking for the audience advice in making her choice, things went VERY different. I mean, seriously, would anyone have wanted Tyra Sanchez to have won in Season 2? Not with all those shenanigans she pulled all through the season.
The show seems to be gaining a lot of momentum. And is undoubtedly Logo's one shining light in an otherwise dismal network. Not sure if it would ever be fully "mainstream" but do you think RuPaul might sell the show to a bigger network? Ala Hedi/Project Runway moving to Lifetime?
RuPaul doesn't own the show. It's World of Wonder's. And I don't think it'll leave Logo, they have no reason to. Another channel will make them tone things down, they wouldn't be able to say F*CK even with it censored. Their would be bigger expectations on it.
Was there any information ever given as to why they decided to move the show back an hour to ten o'clock?

No one thought BeBe or Tyra should have won. When it became clear that Ru was only crowning winners that were basically younger versions of herself I'm sure the producers stepped in and made things a little more interesting.

That doesn't sound to me like they're saying they know those are the final three. they're just mentioning three of whose left, saying, "could it be this one? Or maybe that one? I think people are misreading this.

So I watched the first 10 minutes of the next episode and they're painting Bianca like she can't dance. Despite playing the highly active role of Angel in Rent and Emcee in Cabaret. If they try to tarnish her next week and force her into the bottom two I'm going to be real pissed.
Though Darienne's lip sync was slightly stronger, her looks were such a disaster that she really should have been sent home. Not to mention, though she can be funny, she's so generally sour and unpleasant that it's not fun to watch her. For whatever DeLa's flaws were, she was at least more fun to watch.
I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.
I must be the only one without a problem with Darienne. I think she's really entertaining. She's made me laugh (and in a good way) quite a lot but I'm slightly surprised to see Courtney has yet to lipsynch. I think she plays it safe more than Darienne to be honest.
