Would you count Mamma Mia as a revival as opposed to a remount?

It should be deemed a revival according to the Tony Awards rules.
You forgot to include The Lost Boys, opening at the Palace Theatre in Spring 2026.

Waiting on exact dates to be revealed before I add this to the list! Same with other productions.

What would require a show to be considered a remount?

I'd assume if the tour was a replica of the original Bway run, then that would be considered a remount.

According to the Times article this morning, the producer has said that it's the exact same show with a few minor design changes (cheaper, is what I'm inferring here) “This isn’t a secondary production or a revival. It’s still the show.” It's possible that some elements may be deemed eligible while others won't.

Yes it was. It was the exact same design and star, just moved to a different theatre.
