What theaters are currently available for the Spring?"
Most likely:
Barrymore, Booth, Golden, Hudson, James Earl Jones, Majestic, Music Box
Possible:
Broadway, Circle Square, Marquis, Shubert, Vivian Beaumont and Winter Garden
With CATS the Jellicle Ball official, Bill Rauch (the concept creator of this revival) is looking at a Tony nomination (and possible win) with Livingston in tow.
Unless CHESS or ROCKY ends up wildly fantastic, Cats will claim Best revival as well with an acting nomination (no wins) or two.

no. I suspect ragtime will get nominations for some of the performances, and perhaps a win for Henry.
it’s production and direction is not the strong suit. Ia few of its performances and the show itself are. The production isn’t inventive and its direction bland at best.
CATS JB reimagines the show and has far more interesting concept, direction, staging and creativity. The thing most lacking in the new Ragtime revival production despite a handful of good performances and a great show.
it will be nominated because it’s ragtime and a serviceable, if generic, staging of ragtime always will.
