Can i also add, albeit rather belatedly, CONGRATULATIONS to everyone associated with the show on winning the award last night. This award is richly deserved and a great credit to those people who work so hard so we can enjoy this amazing show. WELL DONE to one and all Steve

Be a BE*liever! Feel the Electricity
MF is right of course. One thing that does unite us all is a love for this one outstanding piece of theatre called Billy Elliot which was rewarded yesterday - unlike Mary Poppins
To win my spare stalls ticket for the matinee show (last before Christmas)visit and register with billyelliotthemusical.me.uk and participate in the bumper quiz based on the show. Good luck
liam i think singing electricity. his voice can be compared with electricity which he sang in CIN. I believe The letter (Reprise) is James. but the letter is liam Correct me if I'm wrong!

Thanks mitchmagi for the website link. It brings back memories listening to the clips and I want to see it again but I can't... I hope it says on the cd which Billy sings each song. They must have recorded it before James' voice broke. I love how you can hear the tap dancing in the angry dance. Oh I just love this show!
I thought it was James singing the Letter Reply, George singing Electricity and Liam singing the original Letter, but that may be completely wrong... Really we've got no idea until we actually get the CD.
I'm so excited; going this Thursday!! They might tell us at the theatre..?
I believe Liam sings all the Billy songs on the cast recording. I think it is Brad and Liam singing 'Express Yourself' and possibly George tapping on 'Angry Dance'. I don't see how it can be James singing the Letter reprise as his voice had already broken when they recorded the album.
I'm sure it is all pressed and ready to go now so whatever we all think, and want, as to who is singing what, it is just a case now of wait and see!
Unless someone does think it would be a clever marketing ploy to bring out different versions with all the different Billys (and Michaels) doing their own songs! Surely they wouldn't do that so the real avid fans would feel they have to buy all the versions, would they ?... if there is money to be made, I'm sure they would.
We have all spent a small fortune seeing the show lots of times - so that we could see all the Billys (and I still haven't seen Leon and Joey yet) so they might just be aware that there is a 'captive audience' ready to buy anything they can get ahold of!
Oh well, roll on Monday.... then we can have all the messages from people saying what they do and don't like about it !!
Who is going to be at Saturday's show ? I am going to try and get day tickets as I haven't been able to get any others and - if I can get them - the front row should be a great place to be.
If I can't get tickets I am thinking of coming up anyway between the matinee and the evening performance to collect a few more autographs on my poster/programme and hopefully get to sign George's card.
Just wondering who from here is actually going to be around where and at what time. Maybe we should all have our own little 'street party' outside the Stage Doors (pub and theatre) around about 6.30 !
Is that not George on the Letter (reprise) and I thought it was Liam on the others. Congratulations to all in the show on winning the Award. It is completely deserved. Looking forward to Saturday like everyone here who's going seems to be Updated On: 11/29/05 at 06:26 PM
The second is: http://www.billyelliotfans.com/ This is the Billy Elliot fansite set-up for us fans! On here you’ll see a gallery page where a lot of photos from the show are now being displayed… ...if you have any to share with us, please email: admin_img@billyelliotfans.com
All the best,
Electricity
P.S. Those of you going on Saturday, see you all at the Stage Door pub!
I definitely reckon George is singing Electricity, and James is singing the Letter Reply and Liam is doing the original letter and Expressing Yourself. It seems a bit unfair that Liam got the most...
Also, where do you queue for day tickets, at the theatre or is there somewhere else that you have to go? argh, help me!!
