Hi everyone,
I've not been on here for a while but just thought I’d let some of you new members know about a few other Billy Elliot Fansites…
The first is: http://billyelliotthemusical.me.uk/forum/
This forum has been set up by a lady called Lin and is where all the fans that use to post on here are at.
The second is: http://www.billyelliotfans.com/
This is the Billy Elliot fansite set-up for us fans! On here you’ll see a gallery page where a lot of photos from the show are now being displayed…
...if you have any to share with us, please email: admin_img@billyelliotfans.com
All the best,
Electricity
P.S. Those of you going on Saturday, see you all at the Stage Door pub!

I definitely reckon George is singing Electricity, and James is singing the Letter Reply and Liam is doing the original letter and Expressing Yourself. It seems a bit unfair that Liam got the most...
Also, where do you queue for day tickets, at the theatre or is there somewhere else that you have to go? argh, help me!!

Thanks, Electricity, for the links to the other Billy Elliot fansites. The photos on billyelliotfans.com are really good.
I checked out Amazon's site for the OCR and they give three versions at £9.99, £15.99 and £17.99. Only the £17.99 is described as the box set. Does anyone know the difference between the first two?

Can I echo Be Inspired's sentiments about the 29th show. I have seen Liam 12 times now and he really does shine. Everything was totally flawless and his dancing particularly in Swan Lake and Electricity was simply awe inspiring.Liam's capacity to convey such a sense of enjoyment in what he is doing on stage is a major factor I feel in sending the audience away at the end on such a high and wanting more. Well done Liam you will be greatly missed when you move on. Joe Caffrey also stood out again and much as I have time for his understudy, there is an element of raw political passion in Joe's portrayal of Tony that I will really miss after December 3rd. A passion I suspect that has its origins in Joe's real feelings born from his North-East England backround.
Quite a number of the folk sitting around me were not from Britain but it was very clear to me that they were taking great memories of this musical back to their countries based on Tuesday's show. The cast therefore are great ambassadors of quality British performing of the highest standards. Standards that no doubt were also a major influence on the Evening Standard Award judges this week.

Jessie JA Fan - I agree that it is always nice to hear positive comments about this show.
In terms of saying that this board is very slow at the moment, thats because we are all posting on the other forum...

Posted: 12/1/05 at 10:18pmI'm in NYC but I saw Billy Elliot in London when I was there. IT was so good. I'm kinda sad because a friend of mind just auditioned for the Broadway production to be Billy, but was told that he looks a little too old. THe good part is that he was given the date of a show next year which this woman is doing and swears he's be perfect for.

Just a quick word to say GOODBYE to all those who have recently left or are due to leave the show. You have all been amazing and given us such great memories to treasure. You will be very sadly missed and the very best of luck in your next choosen path.
To all those due to start in the show a big HELLO and welcome onboard the West End's hottest show. You have some pretty big shoes to fill but i'm sure are more than up to it. Looking forward to seeing you all perform over the coming months. The very best of luck to you all and enjoy your stay in the show.

Thanks for the notification of the Whats on Stage link. We need
as much supportive votes as we can get for the musical. It is doing well in certain categories (Best newcomer, musical)but lagging behind in others. Come on all you Hadyn Gwynne fans where are you!!.
Please PM me with any final messages for George's card. I need them by 9am 3rd December (UK time) at the latest so they can be included. I have already had to buy another one such is your admiration and affection for this Billy.
