Do we have any clue as to what is going into the Broadway Theater?

Hopefully, a construction team to downsize the auditorium.

Was supposed to be Here Lies Love, but it's apparently been delayed.
Was the UK 'Crazy for You' transfer a real rumor or just wishful thinking? I remember it being discussed on these boards but not sure how serious it was...

Do we have any idea what that means? As in, it was moved from when to when? I think some people were saying spring and some were saying summer. Does this mean that they're going with summer or is it pushed back further?

Earliest would be Spring 2024 because it has its West End transfer first for. May-January.
I wish there was something coming like Plaza Suite last season: a comedy with stars.
I put on the OBC recording of Parade last night. I don't think I have ever made it through the whole thing. Having never seen a production, I don't know if it is maybe a case where not having the book scenes it doesn't give a good representation of the show?
From the recording, the lead character feels like such a cypher that it is hard to care what happens. It isn't until so very late in the show that anyone has any decent numbers.
All I could think is that if I spend $200 to see Ben Platt in this, it could turn out to be a very expensive nap.
Are there any services in NY where you can pay someone to poke you to wake up in time so you don't miss the good bits?*
The first, insurmountable mistake they made at the inception of this show was when they hired Jason Robert Brown.
*I'm reminded if going to see a Sunday afternoon showing of Jurrassic World in theatre a few years back, with a drag queen who had been up all the previous night & then done a brunch show. They were like, "Oh I want to see that so bad, take me!" Then they promptly fell asleep as soon as the lights went down for trailers. In the last half when the dinosaur rampage started, I poked them saying "the parts you don't want to miss have started."
Someone should make a musical out of the Jurassic Park movies. Ben Platt would be perfect for that...as a dinosaur...a sad misunderstood dinosaur with a sad yet powerful 11 o'clock number as they pillage and destroy.
Is anything announced for the Schoenfeld after Take Me Out?

Yes! The only theatres without an announced tenant for the next 6 months are the Jones, Circle in the Square, Lyceum, Broadway, and Jacobs (although it seems like we'll be getting a Parade announcement next week). The only theatre without a rumored tenant is the Jones.

So for this spring we currently have 3 empty theatres (Palace and Majestic closed for renos):
1. Circle in the Square (Man of No Importance?)
2. James Earl Jones (?)
3. Lyceum (The Room?)
Then for the fall we have 2 new confirmed shows, Mousetrap and Merrily, with no theatres announced. Any guesses? Lots of theatres will be available - August Wilson, Belasco, Jacobs, Barrymore, Hayes, Hudson, Golden, Longacre and Studio 54.
Merrily is next fall, so maybe the Jacobs after Parade's limited run

All of those theatres are booked (just not publicly announced) -- and most have at least one backup tenant.

On Telecharge, there is a “Test Event” uploaded. Underneath, it says:
Circle In The Square Theatre, NY City Area - Broadway
Categories: Broadway , Musical
What could this be??
Hearing A Man of No Importance is now a done deal for the spring, and we’re just waiting on dates.
First preview March 28.

They pop up randomly throughout the day and disappear.
Just checked Telecharge and the Test Event is gone now. Maybe there will be announcement tomorrow or early next week.

Yes, I will also be visiting mid-March before "Man" opens. It doesn't really interest me - based on the poor.reviews it received off-Broadway - so if anything I'm glad I have one more option off the table.
Right now I have a Friday evening open and many options that I have been narrowing down. Either that, or I look at what it would cost to change my flight & come into town a couple days earlier.

I don't recall the reviews being very poor and it has an 85% on ShowScore.

It’s a great production and a really good show.
The critics liked Ohio State Murders. Enough said.

Somebody above said that the Jones has a tenant…is that for this season or next?
