Started to use that code to get a ticket, then saw the 18-40 age requirement. Whoops. Will wait for general on-sale.
Got an email today with a code: PRES221L
I don’t believe it’s unique to one person, apologies if it doesn’t work.
It’s good for Caroline and Trouble in Mind.
I got an email for a presale today & am confused because no hiptix pricing came up for me. I do still qualify.
Actually, it also told me my credit that I decided to take instead of a refund came in another email, but I don't see it. If anyone else went that route, would it come under roundabout theatre company or should I be searching for something else?

I'm finding the same thing. Maybe Presale doesn't have any Hiptix pricing?
I was able to find the credit though just searching "roundabout credit" in my emails.

THANK YOU! Just bought two front-row seats for a Saturday evening in October (my one time visiting NYC during the current run). This is my fourth favorite show of all time, and I’m so excited that I actually have tickets to see it live on Broadway for the first time!!!
You're welcome, doll! What a wonderful thing to look forward to. Have the BEST time!!!
Thank you for sending that pre sale code! Just scored a pair of tickets on an aisle in the second row.

Yes, thank you! I keep checking my account to make sure I didn’t dream getting a 5th row dead center seat for only $30.
Tickets secured for my top 2 shows. And with AR points for Company, it’s only been about $100!
Yeah! Have a wonderful night at the theater guys!

Thanks so much for this - it worked!
When do HipTix go on sale? I see the $49 tickets, but not the $30 HipTix.

Simply registered for Hiptix and used the promo code Sutton Ross posted. There were a lot of great seats eligible for the code.
I just tried to buy HipTix using the presale code, but it didn’t work. I called the box office for assistance. Apparently, the Hiptix aren’t supposed to go on sale until next week, so anyone who scored fantastic seats during this presale at Hiptix prices were the beneficiaries of a system glitch and are very, very lucky. The box office representative said that an email will go out to HipTix members when $30 tickets go on sale to those of us who have the free HipTix membership. Congrats to any of you who scored those prime seats at that price! Maybe you can see the show a couple additional times. :)

Thanks for the clarification @LuminousBeing. Being able to sit that close would have been amazing but aside from the tight seats, I don't mind being up in the nosebleeds at Studio 54 too much. I'm still unclear on what my winter will look like so I'll just wait until next week for tickets.

To clarify again, the code Sutton posted is for GENERATION ROUNDABOUT members. The page clearly said you had to be a GENERATION ROUNDABOUT member to purchase the seats. Roundabout’s ticketing system isn’t sophisticated enough to block you out if you have the code but aren’t a member, but I would not at all be surprised if there is some sort of cross check between those who purchased tickets and those who are members, and canceling of orders. I hope there isn’t and everyone can enjoy their amazing seats!
The membership starts at $200 for the year. To me it was worth it so I bought the membership.
I’m gearing up for the HIPTIX sale. Has it traditionally been the entire rear mezzanine, or only the rear of the rear mezz? I know LincTix for Sound Inside in the same theater were only the last two rows, which meant I had the penultimate row almost to myself when I saw that show. Not expecting that to be the case here, though, as this will be a buzzy, hot ticket.
Just wondering what Roundabout usually does. Thanks!

That’s not quite true. When the code is entered, it says “You qualify for our GENERATION ROUNDABOUT HIPTIX Presale Offer for theatregoers 18-40 years of age.” So while it does mention Generation Roundabout, it does not detail what that is or that you need to be a member of it for access at any point in the check out process (just that you need an ID to verify age). I genuinely didn’t know what it was until after I purchased.
It is what it is if they revoke these seats. Pain in the ass for Box Office staff as it’s 2021 and people widely share promo codes lol
That said, Generation Roundabout sounds like a great deal and I’d certainly do it if I were local.

You are correct that it says that when you enter the code but when you select a seat and go to checkout it states “You must be a member of the GENERATION ROUNDABOUT HIPTIX program to purchase these tickets.”
Hopefully it all goes unnoticed.

Was that added later? I swear it wasn’t there when I bought. Ah well, if it does get called out, I just hope it happens before I’m there trying to pick up my ticket.

Does anyone know if areas like fifth row center are usual for Generation Roundabout/HipTix Gold (and if those two share the same seating areas in the orchestra), or if it's usually more to the side?
They will absolutely check, which is why you have to pick them up at the box office. Just an FYI.

Standard Hiptix also need to be picked up at the Box Office for age confirmation. So membership verification might be part of the reason, but not *the* reason.

I had Acces10 for Caroline or Change last year, so I called this morning just to confirm they were going on sale tomorrow.
The info I received was they the general On Sale starts tomorrow, but they are unsure what that means for access10 and will “be focusing on the general on sale” tomorrow. If anyone else gets more clarity on this, please post it here
They have no sale date for Access 10 tickets but since they don't outwardly advertise them due to how limited they are, they said to check back weekly. I hope this helped a little.
