Wonder what’s going on with those first 4 rows? Table seating? Thrust?
In this age, I don't really see any advantage to buying tickets to Broadway production like this during presale or even an on-sale date unless there is near certainty it is going to be a very hot ticket (ie- there is a big celebrity in it) or you really needed to lock down dates now for travel.

Completely agree with this but jump in to add: even if there is a celebrity in it, shows rarely sell-out entirely anymore and you can almost always find a cheaper ticket closer to the show date. Case in point, the last two shows at the Hudson. Both had massive early prices but dropped significantly.
"Use the pre-sale code see what tickets are available, then click "remove" on the left hand side of your screen. You can still see the available tickets and purchase. In my case the tickets would have been $195 with the code but were $165 without."
Thank you so much for this information. I bought three tickets and this tip saved me $60. Odd that the prices are different with and without the code.

1000%. I learned this lesson the hard way when I bought $200+ AUDRA GYPSY tickets during presale.
