They exist, I have a pair that were $165 per part in Row U
I guess I meant center-ish. I know there is only a right & left section, but my understanding was that the $199 seats were the few seats to the farthest sides of the house, and that center-ish (center overall) seats were all in the higher range.
Your $199 row U seats might end up being better than my $199 row E seats then if the extreme right/left seats near the front miss action on the sides of the stage.

Actually I haven't seen many posters with even premium seats in the orchestra with low numbers. I realize we are a small microcosm of total ticket buyers, but I'm noticing most of us with orchestra seats in the first 15 or so rows all have high-ish numbered tickets. I have $299 tickets in M, seats 22 and 24, and I know that 26 in that row is $199 (which will make me nuts, but whatever). Most posters have even higher seat numbers, and even the $299s seem to be around 20-24 or in dress circle.
Does anyone have orchestra seats that are closer to the center aisles but not super far back in the orchestra? I'm wondering if there are still seats they haven't released. Where are all the seats numbered between 1-20?

I have a feeling that your row E seats will be great. In the pics of the theatre before the renovation, the extreme side seats in the front orchestra didn't extend beyond the sides of the proscenium, as they do at many other theatres. I can't imagine that they will after the renovation, either, considering that there appear to be fewer seats.

As someone who was luck to see it in London and knowing the staging I think you have great seats! Not a lot should be obstructed
Thanks to the help of Meg and CT2NYC, I will now be sitting in that Row F Seat 26! A little worried about being off to the side, but like CT2 said, it should be just fine. I’m just really happy that I’ll be close enough to see their faces. That being said, I will be returning my 6/16 seat Row V 31. Not the most desireable, but giving everyone a heads up. It was $165 per part.

I have a $299 per part orchestra K19 seat for May. It conflicts with some other shows I already have tickets for, so I will have to do some juggling and pay more to reschedule those shows if I want to keep that seat. I also have two far side orchestra row J seats for $199 per part for October. It’s been frustrating to try to find a seat for my narrow date ranges (coming from California) for a good price. But I’m happy to have some options.

I have Row F, Seat 5 for the show in August. In addition to the Friday 40 (which is 40 seats per performance), I have no doubt they are holding back some additional seats closer to the stage (perhaps as house seats for sale to celebrities and officials and so on), which may be released if gone unused.

Well done - great seat! I agree it seems some of the seats closer to stage and center weren't offered for sale But coming from out of state I don't get the luxury of hoping for late release so I'll take my side-ish seats and just be happy I'm there! I was just curious if many others had better luck especially at the $299 price point.

I too have row F for June 6, and I have seats 25-27. I posted earlier that I had messaged the theatre and they told me I had aisle seats at the end of the section, and that they were NOT obstructed. They proceeded to tell me that I had “Great seats”.
But I’m with you. I’m a bit worried as well I thought about paying for premium seats, but I couldn’t justify spending $1200+ for this. Hopefully the seats aren’t too bad. By my calculation I have the 13th and 14th seat in the row. Depending on the width of the aisle, I think the seats will be fine.
With that being said, I’m anxiously awaiting a more detailed seating chart, or at least some images from inside the theatre. I’m curious to see how the renovation has gone, and what the seating now looks like.
We have two pairs of tickets in Row U on the aisle in the orchestra on two different dates. They were $165 each so I guess those were available to at least some people. Not sure what we're doing with the second pair of tickets yet.

If anyone is interested I just found a $120 per part ticket for March 31. It’s a Saturday balcony row c seat 113. I have it in my cart saved but will wait like 5 minutes to release it just in case anyone here is interested in it
You people are amazing! I checked this thread before bed for sniffs and giggles. Thanks to your post, and me catching it in time, I got that ticket. This means the husband and I can now see it on the same day (at cheapies tickets) which I didn’t expect!
This means I’ll be returning a ticket for Wed, May 23rd, Orch R Y30. $130 each. I won’t do it until the morning cuz I’m exhausted and have to crash. So, if someone wants it, I guess PM me and we can coordinate timing for it? Here’s hoping the return process is as easy as you all make it sound.
Loving the camaraderie and assistance here. And loving that it's on its own appropriate pricing/seating thread vs. being all over another HP thread. haha This is when this board is enjoyably useful!

I'm buying tickets all the way out in December (just worked better for my schedule, and no reason to think it won't still be original cast, given usual year long contracts), and there still aren't any aisle seats on the central aisle of orchestra, even at premium prices (when I can find them).
In ticket return and limits news, Ticketmaster responded to my request to explain where it says that a returned ticket still counts toward your limit of 6 (for those who don't want to go back, the basics are: purchased two tickets during initial public sale - the one with the "waiting room" and queue lottery, then purchased 4 more tickets one at a time - attempting to get better seats, and returned one in hopes of purchasing a different ticket, only to be told that a returned ticket would not allow me to "renew my code" )
The response email to me, which is still taking less than 24 hours, so good on them, said that the email in which my "code" came said it was only good for one time use. Well... I never had a code, I bought all tickets after tickets went public. I honestly don't even know how they're tracking it, unless just with name/address. I tried different email/credit card, and then on a whim tried clearing all my cookies and trying again, and it still didn't work.
I responded and told them I didn't have a code, I never had a code, and asked what exactly they were referring to. Will keep this thread updated if they reverse my ticket-buying prohibition!!!

Looking forward to any new info from Ticketmaster. I had a similar email conversation with them that has gone back and forth three times now, and I couldn’t really get a straight answer as to whether I would be able to purchase a ticket if I return any of mine. The last email they sent said they didn’t think so. It must be tracking the household address, because I have tried a different account and credit card, but it still didn’t let me buy a ticket.
I pointed out that the rules I read said 6 tickets per transaction, not household. They just replied “sorry.”

This thread is quickly becoming what the DEH ticketing thread was during Ben Platt's last few months, and that makes me very happy.
