That makes more sense. I assumed they meant the "balcony" as in the top level of seats not an outdoor balcony. 

Too bad about Banderas. I think he could bring in an audience.

And apparently encouraging bystanders to watch and cheer. So essentially, a scenario infinitely more difficult to manage than Sunset. I’d also pay all the money to see Jamie Lloyd pull this off.

I mean, its literally based on Beyonce's Coachella performance...
