This is the first episode I've seen. I kept forgetting that it was on, and then I forgot it existed. I was lucky enough to catch a commercial earlier today and I was like, "OOO! Jesse Tyler Ferguson! I shall watch!" I must say, I really enjoyed it.
I was bored this weekend and so sat down and watched every episode on innertube...this show rocks! I recommended it to ALL of my friends. I'm SO glad they added extra episodes. I <3 Richie and Lina; I havent seen tonights episode yet but Lina made me proud onj the last episode, as much as I adore Richie.

Alright - tonight's show was a great episode. I really enjoy this show. I heard that they ordered more episodes, so I guess that is a good thing. Jesse was sooo good tonight. I feel like every other show is repeating the same old thing, but this show is so unique.
I agree that it does move with the same pace as Will and Grace. It also has that nice balance between comedy and drama.
So, that was the Drowsy Chaperone. Oh, I love it so much. I know it's not a perfect show...but it does what a musical is supposed to do. It takes you to another world, and it gives you a little tune to carry with you in your head for when you're feeling blue. Ya know?
Jesse Tyler and Heather make the show for me, I'm so glad they're getting such major airtime.
On another note, it's so nice to be able to point out theatre actors on the street and for my family to know who I'm talking about. Jesse Tyler excused himself to get past us in the village last month, and it was easier to tell my stepmom "It's the guy from that show The Class" than "Remember the Spelling Bee show..."
"Hey little girls, look at all the men in shiny shirts and no wives!" - Jackie Hoffman, Xanadu, 19 Feb 2008
I loved this week's episode, especially the ending. It just gets better and better every week, I can't wait for the next episode.
I'd say that Jesse is definitely the best part of the show, his character has such a wide range of things that make you laugh and feel sad, and in the same episode, it's so awesome.
I also like this show. Gotta say that in tonight's episode when Julie Halston said "What's this show?" I laughed out loud, now that jesse is moving in with her I hope she gets more air time I think Heather is rather one note but the writing is getting better saw Jesse while he was in NYC and we miss him but he is doing just great.
Tonight's was great! I almost died when Jesse started dancing on the pole. He has a better sense of comedic timing than most people in sitcoms these days. Fantastic

I hear the couple with the daughter named "Oprah" and Sam Harris as the latent gay husband, as well as the gay male couple, are being written off the show, if they haven't alrady been.
I guess they decided there were too many characters/plotlines, and that Jesse is gay enough.
I can't say that I'm that surprised. Those pairs were the downfall. Especially the gay couple, they existed solely to say...Holly is annoying. It is too bad; I do like Lucy Punch, although her character was quite bothersome.

Yeah, I've liked Lucy Punch in the past, but she's definitely the weak link of this cast. That said, I kind of enjoyed some of their storylines, and really liked Kyle...
