Don't worry dancing, I've overused the "Saturday in the cit-ay" phrase like no other. It was all over my stuff while I was in NY this weekend.

So, with the casting of "Legally Blonde" being announced and all, I figured now would be a good time to debut this.

Does anyone know if Richard will be leaving The Wedding Singer prior to the end of the run?

Rehearsels for Legally Blonde start November 29th, and I know Christian Borle (another principle cast member) is leaving Spamalot on Sunday for that reason, so I assume Richard will have to leave TWS early to begin working on LB too?

If he does leave, perhaps he can come back for the last show?

Richard Blake is going to be staying with the show for the duration of the run. Once the rehearsals for LB start, however, he will only be performing six shows a week. From what he's said, he will not perform in the Wednesday and Saturday matinees.

I was hopping on even before I found out about TWS closing. Listening to the sampler, I have a feeling I am going to love this musical. So upbeat and fun and I am a big fan of the movie. I was lucky enough to catch Laura Bell as Glinda and as Amber and she was amazing in both roles, so I know she will bring honor to Elle's name.

Also, Richard Blake, Leslie Kritzer, Orfeh and Andy Karl in one show is amazing. This show is like one big collision of fandoms and I can't wait - I wouldn't travel to San Francisco for just any show!

I don't think I'm going to be a huge Legally Blonde fan. For me, The Wedding Singer falls under the category of my favorite movies, but I always thought Legally Blonde was kind of mediocre. (For me. I know others love it.)

So just because of that, I don't foresee myself going all crazy for Legally Blonde. But I'd expect that huge fans of the movie would, just like I did with Wedding Singer.

Yeah, that's what I figured. First the ripped music (reefer madness) and now a strangely agrammatical message and videos from the site that must not be names. Boo for imposters!

and for the legally blonde question, i think ill like it, i dont think it could EVER be as good as ws in my opinion, but you never know til you see it. but i like the music, so ill prob like the show. we'll see...

late in act 2, when julia finds linda in robbie's room, and julia begins to leave, she tells linda not to leave a message. she runs out.

what exxactly is it that linda screams after her? i was laughing so hard i missed some of it the other day. does linda say: "Whatever you WANT, Jennifer!"
