I'm still in shock. I can't believe I gave up the chance of seeing her in A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, if only I had known... she is a star in all the sense of the word, and just an outstanding true actress. God bless her. And I'll be talking about her in the present tense till official reports come out.

This is what the bigger news outlets are saying. MSNBC, ABC, New York Times so far. Mostly a rehash of the accident and her bio but, thus far, the major media is simply saying that the family is with her. Which can be expected.

Alan Nierob, a family spokesman, said on Wednesday afternoon that he had no information about Ms. Richardson’s medical condition. Asked if she was on life support or had been taken off life support, or if she was brain dead or in a coma — all of which has been reported on several media outlets over the last 24 hours — Mr. Nierob replied: "I don’t deal with rumors. I don’t care about rumors. All I care about is facts. And I don’t have any facts to give you."

Ok, on ABC World News Tonight (which I trust) they said that her condition was grave. thats it. They went on to say that there has been no word from family how she is doing, so, this would make all of the other things just unnecessary rumors.

The Associated Press and Fox News have both reported that Natasha Richardson has passed away. Very very sad. What a wonderful actress and what a loss.

What a shame

She was a FABULOUS entertainer. Her husband is excellent, her mother is a legend, she was and always will be a member of one of the classiest and most talented families ever. You will be missed. 'Maybe This Time' is her time to continue shining like a star up in heaven. A 'Perfectly Marvelous' woman.

I'm so upset. It's such a tragedy, I can't really understand why something like this happens. I'm in shock.
For such a short life, she left such an incredible legacy behind. RIP, Ms.Richardson.

Not that it's the most important thing, but Sondheim and NIGHT MUSIC producers must be devastated.
