Noah
He was outstanding as the telephone guy in a Boston production of The Band's Visit.
Nick and Adrienne will be on The Tonight Show for an interview and performance on March 13.

Adrienne sounded fantastic.
Do you think if we pay to go see the real show, Nick might open his mouth when he sings?

She crushed it. He tried his best.
This show will be a true test to see how many Nick Jonas fans are out there.

She sounds very good but is adding moments of unnecessary flourishes. His tone isn't even that bad, but his diction and phrasing are just horrendous, not to mention how dead eyed and unconnected he seems from what he's singing about.

Y'all have to accept that is how Nick performs!
I'm looking forward to seeing this!
And so happy I got to see Norbert and Sherri do the show as no one will ever top them.
Is Jamie *that* hard of a role? It’s not like he’s playing King Lear.
Are they offering a Jamie is Over discount? He's got quite a hole to dig himself out of if that performance was indicative of their power balance.

He sings half the score and it is almost entirely sung through.
Their chemistry is non existent.
Well....I guess I'm going off-broadway on the sunday night I'm in New York.

It’s a revival of an iconic musical. I’m pretty sure JRB has approved every “unnecessary flourish.” Let’s not enter the theater expecting a carbon copy of the original cast recording. Adrienne will deliver her own take and hopefully breathe a new POV on it musically. I find that exciting.
I guess I'm not precious about the material but I LOVE the sound of thick, interesting voices singing the score based on that "next 10 minutes" performance - especially from Adrienne Warren. I just want a cast recording now.
I had to raise the volume way up to hear Nick and then I couldn't really understand what he was saying. I can't stand when singers do not articulate well. I will still see this for Jason Robert Brown's music but it is sad that there appears to be very little chemistry. Adrienne sounds beautiful.

I think chemistry will arrive. They are in the middle of tech so they haven’t had an audience yet. Very weird to be doing major press when you’ve yet to perform the show in your own Bway home.

I don't want a carbon copy, but I find it important that any vocal flourishes are supported by the moment and its intention, which they don't fully feel here.
I've said my piece on Nick plenty already (tl;dr yikes), but I am not connecting with Adrienne's performance from all of the clips I've seen thus far either. She's singing purely and loudly, and I am not arguing at all that she's a talented singer, but I'm not getting any hint of genuine emotions behind all of that. I don't believe any of the words she's singing. Neither of them are working for me.

In a show where the 2 characters only interact with each other for less than 10 minutes - do the actors need chemistry with each other? Or do they need chemistry with the songs?
Please let there be a full-on press release when Noah Kieserman goes on for Nick Jonas.

Nick and Adrienne, both individually and together, seemed like major miscastings from the jump IMO. It was certainly an interesting choice, but I don’t feel like either one was a first or even second pick for this production.

Yikes that clip was bad.
The shrieking crowd
His total lack of vocal or acting ability. She’s going to blast him off that stage.
I was actually going to book my tickets for this but after than I’m not. Unless preview reports are really encouraging.

OUCH. This clip is not good.

It's actually worse than I thought it would be.
What a truly truly miscast choice to get Nick.
