There's a difference between having energy and looking like a bunch of over-the-top insane people on a coke binge. To me, it's the most grating and annoying show on Broadway and I think the headache the show gave me in the theater has started to return.

they looked like they had a blast -- does anyone else think stephen lynch looked a little nervous? or overwhelmed about being at the Tonys?
I don't know...I thought he owned it and that it looked like he was having a blast. I was really surprised, actually. I thought he was going to be nervous or at least a little out of his element, but to me it seemed like he fit in perfectly and performed the hell out of it.

"Chicago is it's own incredible theater town right there smack down in the middle of the heartland. What a great city! I can see why Oprah likes to live there!" - Dee Hoty :-D
Stephen did sound a bit nervous initially, but overall he is the most natural, non-broadway singer up there--(which means something to those of us who don't care to OD on vibrato.) That show ain't deep, but it is a good time.
I AM SOOO HAPPY for beth!!! she is soo amazing and totally deserved the tony.... and look at how sara looked... she gained so much weight since last year
