I give her 10 out of 10. I can't remember the last time I had so much fun watching the Tonys. I don't even care when someone I wanted to win loses, she just keeps it light, fun, and witty. Having her host was the best idea evah! Good job, Whoopi.
"Some people can thrive and bloom living life in a living room, that's perfect for some people of one hundred and five. But I at least gotta try, when I think of all the sights that I gotta see, all the places I gotta play, all the things that I gotta be at"

She's just great! Very funny, and adding some spark to the Tonys.
I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.

-Kermit the frog"I need the money... it costs a lot to look this cheap!" -Dolly P."Oh please, Over at 'Gypsy' Patti LuPone hasn't even alienated her first daughter yet!" Mary Testa in "Xanadu""...Like a drunk Chita Rivera!" Robin de Jesus in "In the Heights"

After that if he still doesn't understand why you were uncomfortable and are now infuriated, kick him again but this time with Jazz Hands!!! -KillerTofu
Too bad that she's disrespectful towards Clarence Thomas.
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
Agreed, One of the best Tonys in my memory and I have been watching them for longer than Rent has been on Broadway! Kudos to Whoopi and the producers of the telecast.

She was great! I was thoroughly entertained. Loved the Mary Poppins and Spring Awakening bits the most. Loathed whatever kind of green screen crap she did with Mario Lopez though.
Thank God for Whoopi tonight because the rest of it was very boring. Perhaps the lack of great new musicals was the reason, but Whoopi was the only thing that I really got a kick out of.
The only review of a show that matters is your own.
