(And I make no apologies for this thread)
MALE - Is there anything hotter than a Fiyero's tighter-than-tight pants? They're somehow hotter than outfits with much less fabric.
FEMALE - Lucy from JEKYLL & HYDE perhaps? IDK.

Hands down ... Anita Morris ' costume in Nine! Google it
Anita Morris's costume for "A Call From the Vatican" from Tommy Tune's original production of NINE, designed by William Ivey Long:
You beat me to it. There's a low quality video on youtube but it's age restricted. Search for "A Phone Call From the Vatican."
The costumes for the ensemble of Chicago(current production) are really sexy in my opinion. Ohh also Nina Arianda's boots in Venus in Fur!! Patina Miller in her Leading Player costume, Wow!
I was about to write Anita Morris in Nine when I saw the thread title!
I also agree with Patina Miller's Leading Player costume. She is sex incarnate.

She has a bit of fun with her costume in this commercial.

Anita Morris again, not on Broadway, with a wardrobe malfunction. The look on her face when she notices she's losing her skirt is priceless, but she doesn't drop a note.
How to handle a wardrobe malfunction
Perhaps this should have been self-evident, but Sally Bowles's iconic "Mein Herr" costume from the Cabaret film.
Liza Minelli has undergone a sort of "fat Elvis syndrome" in popular imagination, in which her second-act self has eclipsed the memory, for the most part, of the first act. Until seeing the film "Cabaret" in college, I assumed that Minelli had always been the sort of hot-mess camp icon she has been for decades, the exclusive provenance of gay men and a bizarre sort of ghost of her mother's last years.
The fact that she had at once been completely legit as a performer, and even, if briefly, kind of hot, threw me briefly for a loop.
Jane Krakowski's Call from the Vatican costume was also sexy.
And then there's Cheyenne in The Performers
I have to agree with Fiyero's pants - ESPECIALLY when Aaron Tveit is wearing them.
Stanley Tucci's 'costume' in the opening of Frankie & Johnny.....
I was a fan of Cheyenne Jackson's costume in Xanadu. Though I'm pretty much a fan of anything Cheyenne Jackson is wearing.
I'll also chime in my support for Nina Arianda's boots in Venus in Fur. I was also a fan of her black robe ensemble in Born Yesterday. (Though, again, I'm pretty much a fan of anything Nina Arianda is wearing.)
I also thought some of the dresses Patti LuPone wore in Anything Goes were rather sexy. The dress she wore during "You're The Top," in particular, was incredible sexy IMO.
Yeah Anita Morris. Cheyenne's costume is...effective cuz Cheyenne's in it.
givesmevoice, on the contrary, I'm a fan of anything Cheyenne is not wearing.

Let's not forget Orrin Griffith!
No one will match Anita Morris' costume in NINE, that costume is sex personified, one of the hottest sights you'll ever see. Krakowski's outfit in the revival was also ridiculously hot.
And yes, Nina Arianda in VENUS IN FUR looked regal.
The Lady of the Lake during Diva's Lament in Spamalot. Okay, I'm particularly biased to that one if it is worn by Sara Ramirez.
Sutton Foster's outfit for "Blow Gabriel Blow" in the recent ANYTHING GOES revival also comes to mind.
Like a lot of people, I'm going to have to agree with Anita Morris in 9. Wow.
For a guy, I'll take Bill Magnussen in Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike.

I don't know about you guys but I though the sailor costumes in Anything Goes were pretty sexy.... (Or maybe just the sailors?) Haha!
