1. What do you do?
I am a 3rd year medical student

2. What is it you love about Broadway?
As someone else said - Broadway is my stress reliever. At this point it's the only thing I do that takes me away from the craziness of school for a few hours and relaxes me.

3. What was the first Broadway show you ever saw?
Les Miserables, although I had seen lots of tours and regional shows before that. I think Peter Pan may have been the first show I saw when I was little (that or Annie).

4. Have you ever been in a show, whether in a school, community theater, regional or on Broadway?
Nope, I have no theatric abilities whatsoever (as much as I wish I did!)

5. What is your favorite Broadway show?
It changes periodically.

I wish I could go back to college. Life was so simple back then. - Kate Monster.

4. Have you ever been in a show, whether in a school, community theatre, regional or on Broadway?

yes, many

1. What do you do?
I'm a recent college graduate, BA Political Science. For the last three years I've been slinging coffee at Starbucks. I'm giving my notice on Friday and then I'll be unemployed for a bit while I do some traveling.

2. What is it you love about Broadway?
Healthier than taking ecstacy. re: So, I Am Curious...

3. What was the first Broadway show you ever saw?
Spamalot. With my grandma on my 21st birthday.

4. Have you ever been in a show, whether in a school, community theatre, regional or on Broadway?
I was in several shows (school and community) when I was in high school. The one paying gig I had as an actor was a tiny part with a murder mystery dinner theatre company. I played the "first victim" so I spent most of the time just hanging around "off-stage" until they needed me to be a body. re: So, I Am Curious...

5. My favorite show?
Hmmm I really go through phases with different shows....last year it was The Drowsy Chaperone, this year its Curtains, Grey Gardens and Xanadu.

1. Pharmaceutical Sales (I sell anti-depressants)
2. Love "feeling" the music and listening to truly talented singers.
3. I didn't go to New York until 3 years ago. The first shows I saw were Aida and Little Shop (I was a chaperone on a school trip)- actually- these are the only 2 shows I have seen on Broadway. Have seen MANY touring companies, regionals, and PBS specials.
4. Have never been in a show. When I was growing up, there weren't as many opportunities as there are now. I wanted to be a casting director but I got cancer in high school and my life changed tremendously. That's why I support my children in what they want to pursue.
5. My favorite show? Well, I wore out my Chorus Line Album (you know, those round vinyl things) and also They're Playin' My Song.

1. I'm a student at NYU.
2. The sheer amount of emotion that somehow can be conveyed through a song.
3. The Lion King
4. I was in the ensemble of my senior show in high school, On The Town, because that's where most of my friends were (and because I'm a total stage whore, despite knowing that I don't have a very good voice). Before that I had been in and conducted pit orchestras for the school shows, and since then I've been in various one-act events. Never been a lead in a full-length show, though, for better or worse.
5. It varies, but top three are Sweeney, Les Mis, and Follies. The Last Five Years is up there, too.

1)I'm actually a Chemistry student in London

2)It's just so much more thrilling than tv and cinema, and the music rocks!

3)Umm, first West End Show was Grease when I was about 7, first (and only) Broadway Show was Hairspray when I was 17

4)Luckily our uni has a great musical theatre society, and so my first show was as Shelley in Batboy this spring, but am doing WSS in a few weeks

5)Ooo tough, of the ones I've seen its a toss up between Avenue Q and The Last Five Years. Overall, probably Lippa's Wild Party, Urinetown or Spring Awakening
