For what it's worth, they announced last summer that Williams and Ellis are going to be turning it into a limited series, which may be another reason for a simulcast not to happen--to preserve the audience for that.
I make Theatre vlogs for my TikTok and, while I never film during the actual show, I do use a lot of footage from within the theatre (filming the set or curtain, filming myself in the theatre, reading the playbill, with whoever my theatre buddy is; just a bunch of random stuff to fill time while I give a voiceover review). So, this would definitely cramp my style, and for that (admittedly selfish) reason, I wouldn't want to see it become widespread. However, I'm excited to try it and think it's probably the right move for this show!
Not to get way off subject, but whatever happened to to the film adaptation which Ben Affleck bought the rights to a number of years ago ? Has that been shelved indefinitely ?
Has anyone heard when the mobile rush might begin? I unlocked the rush on the TodayTix app, and it says mobile Rush for $39 tickets opens at 9:00 am daily, but I'm guessing that must not apply to today since it's not letting me enter. Unless it's letting others...?
Still not working for me. I closed and reopened the TodayTix app a few times, and still nothing. Maybe it really is only for special folks, or I have a defective app.
Okay, I get it now. I was treating it like a lottery, not a rush where you can actually buy the tickets. Duh. My bad.
I checked this morning and it was working for me. (Although now it says "Rush tickets - Sold out" and it never said that yesterday. So maybe I wasn't completely wrong.)
Please let us know where your seat winds up being! I probably wouldn't say no to front row, but that's one particular theater I generally want to be several rows back at (I was fourth row for Grand Horizons and thought that was too close).

I thought this was selling very well?
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

I got H10 Orchestra which turned out to be a really great seat. Nothing missed from being slightly to the side. Stage looked to be very high, so would definitely recommend a few rows back.
I wasn't familiar with the play but thought it was great. Jesse Williams was pretty dry, which worked well for the character. Jesse Tyler Ferguson got laughs in all the right places. I was also very impressed with Michael Oberholtzer - There's a particularly intense scene towards the end of the play in which he really excels.
Very easy process with the YONDR pouches. I did notice some people with smart watches on however so they must only be taking phones.
I quite liked this. This was my first experience with the play and I think it is just so well written. The physical production is nothing to write home about, a bit of an eyesore really, but I’ve come to expect this from Scott Ellis. Jesse Williams really worked in this role for me. Really felt like an athlete who could come out. Jesse Tyler Ferguson was so charming and he understands what the audience wants and gives it to them. One of our great comedic actors I think. The biggest highlight of the evening however was Patrick Adams. Such a natural and charismatic actor and he really walked away with the evening for me. Great cast all around. It did annoy me that after the scene in the shower room, the water wasn’t dry so there was lots of shoe squeaking and I was afraid someone would slip.
This is in good shape though. Could open tomorrow.

The YONDR pouches are to keep folks from filming and taking photos with their phones due to the extensive nudity in the play. Smart watches don’t have cameras.

I know, although the online notices I read said they’d be taken too
