I mean, considering her last show was Queen of Versailles (where she got 5 performances in, thankfully), this is certainly a step up.
If anything, it’s entirely possible she will elevate the role here like she did in that mess

I have to be a little disappointed because if she would have opened the show, it is likely she would have been nominated for it, and given this years offerings and how loved she is in the community, she could have won it too..."
So when she takes the stage, can the audience yell "GREAT SCOTT!!!"? I mean she was nominated for three Tonys so that makes her pretty great.

Have they recorded an album yet? I wouldn't mind Sherie Rene pulling a Lea Michele in this instance. Would love her exquisite voice on a cast album once more!
EDIT: Lol, my bad, I see this has been discussed above. Add me to the voices that would love a cast album with Sherie to be produced!!

Can we assume Sherie will be in the show through at least September? Can we assume she’ll be in til the end of the run. Planing my August trip to the city around seeing Meg in Oh, Mary and Sherie being in Rocky

I think her being through September is probably a safe bet.

Any replacements for the main cast (should they occur) would probably be announced in the next week or so. The show is flipping to a commercial contract next week, which likely means that everyone just got a really nice raise consistent with the show’s success as an enticement to stay on. Aside from Juliette, who probably has a very sad reason for leaving (given how she was gushing about this from the jump), I can’t see anyone else leaving except for a scheduled vacation.

Thanks for clarifying. However, I'm reading rumors that almost the entire cast will be replaced next month. Again, only rumors but even that oracle yelling person posted it.
