Sara Porkalob getting nominated would be the sign of a glitch in the matrix. while totally undeserved, i'm almost rooting for this insanity just to see the reaction around here.
Lotta talk here about Burnap: I agree he is doing fine work, and I'd love to see him nominated (along with Platt, Groban and Ghee, who I think are locks). But I think it will turn totally on how these nominators see Camelot. Id be shocked if Camelot picks up a bunch of nominations and Burnap isnt included (along with Donica, and Soo--though she might suffer from being eligible in two categories for two shows). But if Camelot is frozen out, I expect Burnap to be also...
I'm not much for predicting the politics of these nominations, but in terms of SHOULD, having not seen Groban but assuming hes carrying a solid production, Id choose Groban, Platt, Ghee, Burnap and Colton Ryan, who doing something interesting/different in a dull show.
And of the four I've seen, only J Harrison Ghee did something truly special and different (I thought Platt was phenomenal, but doing alot of what we already knew he could do.... Ghee just blew me away).
A BEAUTIFUL NOISE's best odds are Robyn Hurder and Choreography. Though I won't be too surprised if it sneaks in a Best New Musical nomination over NEW YORK, NEW YORK.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

really all depends on how much they want to give to Camelot. We could wake up tomorrow to 2-3 acting noms, Revival, Book, and a couple of craft noms, or it could be goose-egged (or close to it). I don't think most of us were predicting all that CAROUSEL love back in 2018.
Thinking about how there always are some surprises on Nomination morning. Always some nominees that aren't widely predicted, or nominated for precursors. Lilli Cooper - Tootsie, Caitlin Kinnunen - The Prom, AJ Shively, Sidney DuPont - Paradise Square, Jeanette Bayardelle - Girl from the North Country. There will be some surprises tomorrow morning. Jus hopefully none that sting like Katrina Lenk's egregious omission last year.

Is there any way to watch the early set of nominations happening at 8:30 on CBS without cable or Paramount Plus? They won’t put that on the YouTube live?
I thought Adrianna Hicks is wildly better in Some Like it Hot than Anna Uzele in New York, New York. Shocked that so many are saying the latter will get a nomination when I found her to be one of the weakest links in her show. Sincerely hope it’s given to someone else.
My Picks (This is based on having seen every show this season; the first slot in each category is WHO I THINK WILL WIN (not necessarily who I want to win, the rest of the order is at random. For design categories, for the sake of time, I will be listing the production and not each would-be nominated artist) (A nominee with an asterisk is a potential tie inclusion)

My sole Tony-wishlist item for this year is an Andrew Burnap nomination. I did love Camelot despite many detractors, and I'm pretty sure 95% of that was because of his performance."
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
The idea is to work and to experiment. Some things will be creatively successful, some things will succeed at the box office, and some things will only - which is the biggest only - teach you things that see the future. And they're probably as valuable as any of your successes. -Harold Prince
