Are we supposed to e-mail the theater teacher and tell them to never do a production again?

I didn't know people actually did this...someone replaced "Music and the Mirror" with "Let Me Dance For You".

Of course they do it. It's illegal, and they do it all the time. High schools and community theatres seem to think it's perfectly fine to add songs from the movie and cut songs they don't like.

This isn't on YT and it's not a real Broadway show, but I wanted to share it anyway:

A musical based on the comic strip Luann. I kid you not.

This is possibly my favorite thread ever.
Hope everyone enjoys the Daniel Hand Show Choir rendition of "Steppin' to the Bad Side," sparkly vests and all!

kchenofan's computer is broken right now. This is her fridge. Now, you can leave a message, but say it slowly, so I can write it on a post-it note and stick it to myself.

I'm sorry but really? Inventive idea, but this is really pitchy and the costuming is like elementary school. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kmNdawBKlwY

Figures, a production based on my favorite Greek myth and it's terrible. D:
Is it horrible that I kind of like the score? It's like Wildhorn meets Larson!

Sounds like the pianist started to play Seasons of Love, then changed his mind.

That Faculty Musical link kchenofan posted is my school - the faculty spent 3 hours on a half day filming it for our Halloween assembly. It's definitely a little bit cheesy, but hey, it amused our high school just fine ;D

^ I know. My best friend goes to BCA and she gave me the link. I think the teachers did a great job with it. Very amusing.

"He's the Wiz" from "The Wiz"

Pretty entertaining - if you can make it to the end, watch for the kids dressed as a traffic signs, cones, and other bizzare objects.

Here's a video of a production of Grease likely using an illegal copy of the 1994 revival score posted on MTI showspace...

I know this is the Official 'Bad High School Productions on Youtube' thread, but I came across this school's production of Les Mis. Funny how different it is from the original school featured on this thread. For this high school it's actually pretty good!!!

Dear Broadway World,
I am not quite sure how I have missed this thread for so long but I would like to thank you for keeping me glued to my computer for the past 5 hours. All I can say is brilliant! It made me laugh, it made me laugh and cry and let's face it, it was better than any version of CATS displayed in this thread. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
with much love,
your Matty-J
