yeah best performance so far in my opinion is Memphis, I really liked it, and same with the musical.

i had little hope for enjoyment but I have to admit that I actually enjoyed MEMPHIS more than anything else yet tonight but did Montego forget to shave? Sorry but I had to ask.

I actually enjoyed Memphis. I have been kind of wanting to see it, so maybe I will now.

MissAnne I was thinking the same thing! And as much as I don't like Memphis, I agree that it was the best performance thus far.

This season was a joke. This show is a joke. And Memphis is indeed the biggest joke of them all. But I'm still watching! :)

THANK YOU. i also thought the CBS feed at one time. now, last year there were missed ques, and mics on backstage which i have not heard this year... but you can't have this many professional sound guys hired for an award show and honestly think it is just their poor sound engineering skills. it has to be a combination of things with the venue being number one. people who were there last year thought it sounded great so perhaps the feed doesn't help either.

Memphis has been so wrongfully abused on this board. It's a great show. AND, it might just win Best Musical - it deserves it!

Well, he came off the best and most authentic of the quartet but then again, it was all Jerry Lee in that performance. Congrats to him.
