Subscriptions go on sale for the Kushner season at Signature tomorrow, 10AM online and 1pm at the box office according to the website. $100 for both parts of Angels in America, his new play with The Public and Michael Mayer doing The Illusion? No brainer to me. Now I'm just ready for them to announce the cast of Angels!

BUMP!
Just bought mine!
I'm confused by this. What does it mean when I'm purchasing a GA ticket for Thurs, Sept 1? Do I actually have to go to the theater on Sept 1 at 10?
May be a stupid question but I'm confused.
I don't know Signature specifically, but usually GA just means there's no assigned seats. You show up at the performance time (or a little before) and just pick a seat. GA doesn't mean you go to the box office that morning and pick up your ticket for a specific seat.
New question: when do single tickets go on sale?
I'm just confused as to what is going on on Sept 1st at 10. Like...is this something all subscribers have to attend? Or is it just like when the subscription season begins and not an actual performance or something that I literally have to be there for on the first at 10?
Tickets aren't on sale yet. They just put September 1st because that's the first day of the Kushner "season". My guess is they will contact you by e-mail once it's time to pick your date.

Will I be able to buy tickets to just the two ANGELS?

If there are any available. Look for it to run mid-September to mid-December with a possible extension.
you get the ticket info closer to the performances, for each show individually
From their website-
"A Show Alert will be sent to you several weeks before the first performance of each production.
Each Show Alert contains:
Dates of subscriber booking period
Complete ticket-ordering information
A calendar for the production
A ticket-order form
HOW TO ORDER TICKETS:
As a subscriber, you are guaranteed one ticket per subscription to each production, provided that you order during the priority ordering period. Ticket requests are filled in order of receipt, so be sure to respond as quickly as possible."
You can respond by phone, email, fax etc

I think it also says you can exchange ticket dates up to 48 hours before the show time on your ticket
I got mine. I won't be living in NYC during the run, so I am just hoping to be able to get tickets for one of the times that I'll be here. But that was the whole point of subscribing.
Got mine this morning. VERY excited about these!
Just ordered mine. Very excited as well!

Got mine as well. I'm not repeating the mistake I made last year after the Signature's boring Negro Ensemble Company season where I said, "A 9-hour Horton Foote play? Why on earth would I want to see that?"
I have a stupid question --
Does subscribing INCLUDE the cost of the tickets themselves, or just give you first-chance and you still need to buy them?
I did buy my subscription already (I was lucky to get tix to the Orphans' Home Cycle Marathon -- I don't want to risk that again), but I was just curious
The subscription includes the cost of the tickets. Remember that because the Signature got all that grant money, all their tickets are $20, so you're paying $80 for the four shows plus a $20 reservation fee.
They send you an e-mail and a postcard in the mail a few days before tickets go on sale to the public to reserve your seats.
I'm glad I ordered yesterday. This is now posted on their website.
DUE TO OVERWHELMING DEMAND SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR THE 2010-2011 20th ANNIVERSARY TONY KUSHNER SEASON.
So relived I got my subscription in time!
