Watching the Drama Desk Awards

I remember a couple of years ago being able to watch the Drama Desk's on-line. I didn't read anything in the articles on BWW or Playbill about this. Are they doing this again this year?
"If this is going to be a Christian nation that doesn't help the poor, either we have to pretend that Jesus was just as selfish as we are, or we've got to acknowledge that He commanded us to love the poor and serve the needy without condition and then admit that we just don't want to do it." -Stephen Colbert

If it's like last year, it won't be broadcast on any TV station, just the webcast. IIRC. And while I'm here, I continue to fail hardcore at time zones. How many hours is it until the awards start? Trying to work out if there's any way I can justify staying up late for 'em, or if I just thank my lucky stars that last year's was as awesome as it was and go to bed.

I admit that I'm technologically stupid.

HOW do I find the streaming for tonight?

"The event will be web cast LIVE by TheaterMania.com. To watch at home, simply go to www.theatermania.com shortly after 8:00 PM on Sunday, May 17th. You must have an updated version of Adobe flash player in order to watch."

You're not technologically stupid. You're not seeing it on their website because it appears that they aren't putting a link up until an hour before it starts re: Watching the Drama Desk Awards

re: Watching the Drama Desk Awards

Every year this is the same night as the Desperate Housewives season finale, what a pickle.

It's now 8:21pm EDT and I still do not see a link for the Drama Desk Awards webcast on theatermania.com. Am I the only one who is having this problem?

I can't find the stream on their website yet. Does anyone know where it is?

re: Watching the Drama Desk Awards

I can't find a link either. "shortly after 8pm" must be theatre talk for "8:59pm"

All I can say is that this better be be more entertaining than last year. And they should put the performances back in.

re: Watching the Drama Desk Awards

I found it rather convuludedly (That's probably NOT a word!)

I did a search on drama desk live feed. THEN under "synopsis" there was a link.
