We have so many illustrious Drag Queens here, I would love to know which ones made it and what they'll be in. I also hope to come visit you guys on the location shoots, there is a lot of love for what you and everyone is about and are doing hereabouts, just so you know! Please keep keeping us all posted, have fun! and stay strong! ~Richard

Yeah. Really you didn't miss anything unless I missed it from being so tired and stuff on Saturday but I don't think so. Okay I guess I have to get back to school work now. Ugh!

Hi Anthony. I have a question. I read a while ago that Jonathan Larson ahd a whole backstory to RENT, including how the characters met (I am pretty sure that Mark and Benny met at Brown University). I always wondered how Mark and Roger met. I love their friendship and was always curious about how such different people had meet and developed such a wonderful friendship. Yes, I am aware that these are fictional characters, in case you thought I was looking too deeply ino this. = )
Anyway, my question is if Jonathan ever mentioned the backstory of their friendship to you? If not, do you have any thoughts about this? I know that actors often delve deeper into their character's history than what is given to them in a script, and I would love to hear what you think.
Indeed, that's a very interesting question firesign. Anyways, hope filming is going well and I hope you guys are enjoying the significantly warmer weather back on the west coast. :-P

I'd be curious to find out the histories of ALL the characters, not just Mark and Roger. Ifins you wouldn't mind sharing. I don't need a novel, just a sentence or so for each one. It'd be interesting.
i'm curious too. i've kind of wondered how the characters met for a while as well.
hey anthony, i'm not sure if this has been asked but i'm too lazy and tired to check. do you see yourself as more of a leader or a follower? just asking out of curiosity. my friends say i'm a great leader but i feel as more of a follower myself. what do you think of yourself?
and what about the rest of you guys? do you lead or follow in the world?
OneSongGlory... I am honestly a leader. I have a tendency to plan things, and I am always put in the leadership position when I'm in a group for anything. While I am a leader, I believe that everyone is both a leader and follower... and it changes with the circumstances. But overall, I'm a leader... loud and proud!

To answer your question Glory, I'd have to say that I'm a leader. I agree with Kangaroo that everyone is probably both at some time or another depending on the circumstances though. For me, it's not necessarily because I plan things out and am willing to lead a big group of people but more because I've never been one to live my life based on other people's rules and morals. I find that I'm always trying to find my own ways of forging through things, even if it turns heads or causes frowns along the way. Plus I'm too outspoken and opinionated. :-P But that's a good question, I'm interested in seeing what other people have to say on that.

And I would just like to add to mine, that I have a tendency to be outspoken too. But I think that one of the main reasons I am mostly viewed as a leader {my friends always tell me this} is because I don't care about what other people think. I used to care a lot, but I don't anymore. I am willing to try things and won't follow the crowd... and maybe that's more along the lines of originality, but when I do something, I guess people tend to follow me. {hmm... I don't understand why... I guess they're the stupid ones }

I agree completely with your addition Kangaroo. I'm a huge believer in originality and doing what you want (within legal reason of course and not caring who sees you do it. I try to live by things like "if you feel happy enough to jump on a table and sing to the world then jump on that ****ing table and sing like there's no tommorow!" (actually did that once...only on a bench because the tables were too wobbly :-P). People can think whatever they want about you and make whatever assumptions they feel like but you only live once, might as well do what you want to do right? Sorry, OK I'll stop threadjacking now....

I think I am a leader. I have an alter ego that doesn't care about what anyone thinks....but I'm not so sure about myself. I try not to. I love to be in charge!! Sorry.

I try to be original and I think I'm a bit of a leader. Still trying to get rid of years of following though. My high school (performing arts magnet school) really brought me out of my shell. I don't care anymore if people look at me funny for wearing a scarf in Florida (in March) or singing random songs when something parks a memory. (i.e. There were long tables at Qzar...I performed La Vie Boheme...promptly got kicked out, but it was worth it...people sang along).

Hi Anthony~ My question for you is "How did you and Adam develop the relationship between Mark and Roger, and what do you think of the way others have interpreted the characters and their relationships since you left the show?"
