Guys... we are all very honored and happy to have him here, but I think that the poor guy might be a little scared of the board. He is putting up with the craziness quite well, but there is a point where you should just calm down and let him answer when he gets to it. He doesn't have any obligation to come here at all, it's just something nice that he does and we should try to respect that and the time he is giving us.
I don't want to get caught in the politcal flame war, but is this really the place for it?
*steps off soapbox*
I don't mean to preach or try to sound like I believe I'm better than anyone else, it's just a thought.

God, it seems like a dating service questionaire. All it needs is the cliche: "I like long walks on the beach, curling up by the fire with a good book, and staring at the stars while roasting marshmellows on an open fire." Man. Now I am hungry for smores.

Well, I didn't mean to kill this thread with my response. Ok, I got a question for you, Anthony. What was the hardest part about breaking into the world of Broadway (or the theatre in general) as a profession?

Hmmmm what to say about myself. Ummmm well my name is Kyle, I live in a Texas hick town, and the only musical I have ever seen live is the tour of Little Shop of Horrors. I know a lot about Rent because my voice teacher and her friends were some of the early 'RENTheads' who camped outside the theatre for 20$ tickets, and I hope to at least have the chance someday to play Steve in Rent. In my spare time I fight for a Gay-Straight Alliance at my highschool though I am straight. However, because I live in Texas and almost everyone here is close minded, homophobic, and stubborn, this has been difficult. The teachers and school board deny me the right to start this club because they are immature and homophobic, but just because they are afraid of something doesn't mean it will just go away, so I will break them eventually... any advice? Anyways it really is very sweet of you to coninue posting here even with your busy schedual. I have just one question, how do you manage to keep your character fresh and exciting night after night? Especially twice in the same day! That always amazes me to no end with all performers...
Here in this cold white room tied up to these machines, it's hard to imagine life as it used to be. Laughing, screaming, tumbling queen... Like the most amazing light show you've ever seen. Whirling, swirling, never blue... How could you go and die? What a selfish thing to do...
RIP Jason
'And there you have it folks. The only two straight men on this board.'
...Sad but true

i just wanted to say that i unfortunately missed you in Little Shop when it came to Dallas recently, but my friends saw you the night that there were only TWO urchins performing...one of which was the understudy. they said the entire cast was amazing and you fit the role very nicely. they enjoyed watching you bring Seymour to life. i'll be seeing the show in february when it hits Austin after you leave. sucks, but what can ya do?
i'm 19 and saw you in the OBC of RENT way back when! sure, i was in the 6th grade and didn't understand some of the dialogue, but it was my first broadway show to see and to this day it was THAT experience that got me into musical theatre, which i am currently majoring in. seeing the OBC live was an experience i'll never forget and i can't wait to see some of y'all reprising your roles in the movie.
i also saw you in Charlie Brown with Kristin and that, too, was awesome.
random question: did adam playing the role of Emcee in Cabaret spark a little jealousy in ya!? haha
"Somethin's comin', I don't know what it is but it is gonna be great!"

ahhhhhhhhh! That's making me crazy. I think I responded a while ago, when Anthony said he'd like a shot at Emcee... but I really hope this is somewhere in your future! Then again, I'm just *slightly* partial.
