Yes, the St. James is huge. And Titanique is, fundamentally, a small, scrappy show, developed in cabaret and off-off Broadway spaces and dependent on having a close connection with the audience. I really cannot imagine it filling a Broadway house, aside from maybe Circle or the Hayes. And unless they have some big names lined up, I cannot see it selling. Everyone in NYC who would have wanted to see it already did over the last 3 years and at much cheaper prices. I assume the producers will be pointing to Oh Mary as a model, but Oh Mary struck while the iron was red hot and moved to an appropriately-sized house for it.
