the new Rent one. *shudder* ew, that's just gross. i also didn't like the one with Drew Lachey shirtless and the green lettering in the background. that one was an eyesore, too.
The Bernadette GYPSY revival poster! It was so not Gypsy. What were they thinking? Guess they had run out of ideas.

Oh, JoMarch, you beat me to it. It was the first to come to mind for me too.

I truly dislike the new RENT poster. It reflects absolutely nothing about the show, the character dynamics or even a clear and appealing design. I have no idea what they thought they were doing. Likewise the Follies poster. That big "F" does nothing. It's difficult to tell what show it's supposed to represent. I also find the "Lion King" poster with "primitive" style lion rather blah. They could have done so much more.
"And the postman sighed as he scratched his head, you really rather thought she ought to be dead..."
Okay I am jumping on the bandwagon, I can't stand the new Rent poster. I also didn't care for the one with Joey Fatone either. I also think the Odd Couple and Little Women posters were pretty bad.
"I wish the stage were as narrow as the wire of a tightrope dancer, so that no incompetent would dare step upon it." Goethe
I also loved the new Gypsy one. both the plain black and the Bernadette purple one. IMO, it clearly defines the show business theme of the show.
