As a spin-off of eatlasagna's thread about the best wigs in a production, how about the ugliest and tackiest mops that they call wigs you've ever seen?
I'll start.
SJB in Cats at the Muny.
Carol Channing's in ALNM...Oh wait that's Elaine Stritch

Ashley Brown - The Sound of Music at the Muny
I am not a fan of Kristin Chenoweth's wig in Promises, Promises. The wig on the advertisements, posters, etc with the side-part flip looks much better with the structure of her face.

Jeremy Jordan's wig in Rock of Ages when he played Drew. Terrible!
This isn't Broadway, but the Signature Theatre's Les Mis was a great show, but half the wigs looked like they pulled them off of troll dolls. Poor Marius' hair looked like a wet Tarzan.

I didn't see the show on Broadway, so I don't know how it compares, but the recent Grease tour with Taylor Hicks. Awful show, awful wigs.

Not Broadway, but the Walnut Street Theatre's "Les Miserables"...Hugh Panaro's first convict wig was horrific.
They refitted him and modified them to be a TINY bit better. His initial Valjean/Monsieur Madeleine wig was too long and rather ugly, too...the redesign was O.K., too.
On Broadway...HATED Drew Sarish's Armand wig in "Lestat." I preferred the first, shorter SF preview wig for Armand, but hated Hugh's SF wig. Too long, pale, and straight. Didn't care for Gabrielle's post-bite wigs in either production.
I don't know about you guys, but I'm not a fan of Christine's wig in Phantom. Period. It looks like a brillo pad.
Stephanie J. Block's original Grizabella wig, definetly.
Most of the Francine wigs in Jersey Boys end up looking super ratty at some point.

The men on the new Dreamgirls ....very bad wig

EVITA the movie horrible

Gavin Creel's wig in Hair is a little...unrealistic.
Sutton Fosters FIRST long wig in the opening scene in Throughly Modern Millie was pretty rough
The wig Lupone wore in "Buenos Aires"

LuPone's in City Center Gypsy.
That's because it wasn't a wig. I was reading something (can't remember if it was his book or an interview) where Arthur Laurents said that there was a wig made that turned out to be terrible, so Patti didn't wear a wig.

Oh, wow...well then, worst hairdo!
Jonathan Pryce's was not that bad.
If you want bad movie wigs, look no farther then Patrick Wilson in Phantom of the Opera.

I don't care is it's a disney musical... Belle's wig in Beauty and The Beast was fugly.

I thought the City Center was a wig that looked like her real hair.
Natalie Toro's Madame DeFarge wig and James Barbour's Sydney Carton wigs were terrible in A Tale of Two Cities. It could have been Barbour's real hair, but I hope not!
Edit- WHo could forget that HORRIBLE Emma wig in Jekyll & HYDE, or the wig that the Jekyll/Hydes wore when it wasn't their usual hair. Ouch! Lauren Kennedy's wig in Waiting for the Moon world premiere looked funny to me.

Phy, I heard that too, and it just didn't make sense to me.
Mind you, it doesn't make sense to me that Patti would voluntarily have a hairstyle in real life that makes her look like Moe from the Three Stooges.
Michael Cerveris in Road Show
Patti's Reno wig in Anything Goes. Looks like Carrot Top.
Federov's Joseph wig... I mean really?? That is the worst wig ever.... not to mention casting choice....
Going out on a limb.. I'm gonna say Diana Degarmo in 9 to 5 tour is going to be pretty ridiculous as well...
