Ok - Evi-no, Phan-damn!, Para-$#!+ this is hard,...CONVENIENCE! By Gregg Coffin. It is fairly new but I have never cried so hard in my life because of a show.
WICKED. My friends and I make the joke it was our "gateway show," Ya know how one small drug makes you do others? Well, once I got really into Wicked, the collection just exploded. The show really means something to me and its a time in my life that it defines and I can relate to it. I've had the cd for almost two years and I have listened to it every day since basically it came out and it doesn't get old. I've seen the show a few times and love it, read the book, enjoyed it.
So, yea WICKED all the way. I really don't see why someone would say "Wicked . . . I'm sorry. Don't be ashamed, everyone has opinions, don't apologize for them! :)

My favorite musical would have to be Hair. For it's score alone, and the song Easy To be hard. I have only seen one live production and i walked out it was so bad. I love the movie.
first of all, Joeyjoe, I love your screen pic of Patsy!!
I just saw Wicked for the first time (am I the only one who hadn't seen it yet?) in Chicago last week, and absolutley loved it, but I would still have to say Les Miz is my overall favorite.
