I agree with "Move On," but I have to add "One Hand, One HEart" from WSS.

I chose, and my world was shaken- So what? The choice may have been mistaken,
The choosing was not...
"Every day has the potential to be the greatest day of your life." - Lin-Manuel Miranda
"And when Idina Menzel is singing, I'm always slightly worried that her teeth are going to jump out of her mouth and chase me." - Schmerg_the_Impaler
TONIGHT and ONE HAND/ONE HEART from WEST SIDE STORY LOSING MY MIND from FOLLIES ALL I ASK OF YOU from PHANTOM LOVING YOU from PASSION
"TO LOVE ANOTHER PERSON IS TO SEE THE FACE OF GOD"- LES MISERABLES---

These are some of my favorite love songs that stir emotion. Some I think are brilliant and deep others more frilly...
Lily's Eyes - Secret Garden How Could I Ever Know Something Good - Sound of Music In His Eyes - J&H I Still Believe - Saigon All The Wasted Time - Parade Role Of A Lifetime - Bare Not While I'm Around - Sweeney Still Hurting - L5Y Goodbye Until Tomorrow/I Could Never Rescue You Seasons Of Love - RENT I'll Cover You (and reprise) For Good - WICKED Popular (does self-love count??) If I Can't Love Her (and reprise) - B&B The Human Heart - OOTI
Man, there are a ton more...but I'd be here all day.
Side Show has some great ones. "You Should Be Loved" and also "Private Conversation," IMO.
Anyway...
Carousel - "If I Loved You" - I think it's the best Broadway love song ever, tbh. Parade - "All the Wasted Time" The Last Five Years - "The Next Ten Minutes" - not sure if it's powerful in terms of the music, but I think it's very powerful emotionally Songs for a New World - "I'd Give it All For You" - love when it reaches the bridge, or whatever you call it Passion - "No One Has Ever Loved Me" - the song itself isn't powerful, but those orchestrations at the end are just breath-taking The Secret Garden - "How Could I Ever Know" - seriously, their love transcends even death! Miss Saigon - "The Last Night of the World" - probably one of my favorite Broadway love songs, ever Jekyll and Hyde - "In His Eyes" - agree with the above poster
Jimmy, what are you doing here in the middle of the night? It's almost 9 PM!
"Sun and Moon" from Miss Saigon "I Have Dreamed" from The King & I "I Have One Hand/One Heart" from West Side Story
"I love acting. It is so much more real than life." Oscar Wilde "After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music." Aldous Huxley
IMHO the greatest love song from a musical is one about the love that is in all of us...
The Human Heart from Once on this Island
"Whenever I get gloomy with the state of the world, I think about the arrivals gate at Heathrow Airport. General opinion's starting to make out that we live in a world of hatred and greed, but I don't see that. It seems to me that love is everywhere. Often it's not particularly dignified or newsworthy, but it's always there - fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, old friends. When the planes hit the Twin Towers, as far as I know none of the phone calls from the people on board were messages of hate or revenge - they were all messages of love. If you look for it, I've got a sneaky feeling you'll find that love actually is all around."
I guess it depends on what type of love song (couple, mother/child, etc.), but here's my list including all types (IMHO): - "I'd Give My Life for You" from Miss Saigon - "Last Night of the World" from Miss Saigon - "Sun and Moon" from Miss Saigon - "Here on this Night" from The Pirate Queen - "All I Ask of You" from Phantom of the Opera - "Daddy's Son" from Ragtime - "Wheels of a Dream" from Ragtime - "I Still Believe" from Miss Saigon - "Bring Him Home" from Les Miserables - "I Dreamed a Dream" from Les Miserables
There are a ton I am forgetting but I would have to say that "I'd Give My Life for You" is so powerful. I almost cry every time.
I love something good from Sound of Music. Its such a beautiful song. I was listening to Sweet Smell today and "Dont know where you leave off" now comes to mind as well.

"For Good"...Yes, I'm a Wicked fanboy, but that song is incredible. I just love the fact that its a totally honest love between two people who aren't romantically involved.
