It can't be WICKED?! Darn! Well I looooooooooooove THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE then my 2nd favorite is HAIRSPRAY
Oh c'mon RENT! No brainer! And then Aida after that
Les Miserables. It's been my all-time favourite for years and years, and still moves me like no other musical does. But musicals are so much about your current mood and interests, so it's hard to pick just one. Here's my current top five:
Les Miserables
Hedwig and the Angry Inch
Avenue Q
Hairspray
Sunday in the Park with George
Broadway Legend Joined: 9/11/03
BARE or Last 5 years
Chicago.
I don't have a favorite, per se, but there are musicals that have left a lasting impression on me and greatly influenced my appreciation of musical theatre. Some are the following:
Rent
The Last Five Years
Chicago
Ragtime
Caroline, or Change
Just to name a few.
Into The Woods
Gypsy
Kiss Me, Kate
Guys and Dolls
Chicago
Am I the only one who classifies JCS as a favorite? Oh well. I have enough love for this show, and that is all it needs. lol

Two tie for my favorites, Hairspray and Phantom of the Opera.
My current three obsessions are
1. Sweeney Todd (I'm new here, and I'm really surprised at the number of Sweeney fans. YEAH!)
2. Urinetown
3. Avenue Q
So I like the odd and eccentric musicals, so what?
