What musicals and what actors and actresses do you think will get nominated for tony's this year based on what you've seen?
SPIDERMAN TAKES IT ALL!!! Including the new category of "Best Rock Opera Circus Drama"

Going out on a limb:
Musical
Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson
The Book of Mormon
Priscilla, Queen of the Desert
The Scottsboro Boys
Actor
Benjamin Walker, Joshua Henry, Norbert Leo Butz, Tony Sheldon, Andrew Rannells
Actress
Sutton Foster, Beth Leavel, Donna Murphy, Patina Miller, Janet Dacal
Judging by when I seen the show in London (obviosuly can't compare to upcoming Broadway shows) Sister Act will be nominated for Best Set Design and I wouldn't be suprised if Patina was nominated for best actrress.
Priscilla will get nominated (and probably win) best costumes and also Spider Man (if it has opened) will get nominated for set design.
BLOODY BLOODY and Ben Walker will be long forgotten by then.
Danny Radcliffe will get a nod.
BEST MUSICAL:
THE BOOK OF MORMON
CATCH ME IF YOU CAN
THE SCOTTSBORO BOYS
SISTER ACT
BEST PLAY:
BENGAL TIGER AT THE BAGHDAD ZOO
BRIEF ENCOUNTER
GOOD PEOPLE
WAR HORSE
BEST REVIVAL OF A PLAY:
LA BETE
THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING ERNEST
THE MERCHANT OF VENICE
THE NORMAL HEART
I almost think that the Tony's should expand the Best Musical category to 5 in years where there are more than like 12 new musicals that opened.
BEST MUSICAL:
Wonderland (it's not a great show, from what I've seen of it, but I'd be very surprised if it didn't get a nom)
Catch Me If You Can (my personal frontrunner - and I've only ever miscalculated on best musical with next to normal. I'm still bitter about that.)
Sister Act
The Book of Mormon
BEST ORIGINAL SCORE
Catch Me If You Can (again, my frontrunner. It has some campy moments, but between Fly, Fly Away, Goodbye, Live in Living Color and Someone Else's Skin I'm fairly certain it has this one nailed down.)
Wonderland (and again, as stated above, I'd be surprised if it didn't get at least a nomination. It's not a history-making score, but there are occasional moments where you realize why it's on Broadway, namely Through the Looking Glass and Worst Day of My Life)
Sister Act (a great score by a great composer, this absolutely HAS to get nominated. Raise Your Voice is probably the best piece in the show, but Take Me to Heaven and Fabulous, Baby! are both pretty catchy.)
Scottsboro Boys (pretty crappy score, honestly, but it has its moments and it is the last Kander&Ebb show.)
BEST LEADING ACTOR
Aaron Tveit (god I must look so biased towards Catch Me If You Can, but I honestly thought he did an incredible job. My frontrunner.)
Daniel Radcliffe (he is who he is, and while I have yet to see the show, I do have confidence in him.)
Benjamin Walker (he was good, even if I didn't care for the show)
Joshua Henry (very good performance in a show that I really don't care for.)
If WONDERLAND gets a nomination for Best Musical or even Best Score, I'll eat a hat with the show's logo on it. (Or go sit through SPIDER-MAN: TURN OFF THE DARK again. Whichever is worse TBD.)
Does anyone this Priscilla could get a nominee for best musical? I wonder if Wonderland will get any nominations.
Best Musical:
1. The Book of Mormon
2. Catch Me if You Can
3. Scottsboro Boys
4. Sister Act or Priscilla
Can there even be a musical revival category, there are only two (Anything Goes, How to Succeed)?
There have been two things in that category before...there have also been only two best musical nominees before (when Sunset Boulevard won it and Smokey Joe's Cafe were the only new musicals to open that season...Sunset also won best score and they were the only ones in the category).

In my opinion, Lily Rabe and Mark Rylance have Leading Actor/Actress in a play locked up.
I'm confident in Rabe as well, however, Rylance has some stiff competition from Joe Mantello from THE NORMAL HEART (judging by the overwhelming positivity from the benefit he starred in), and Al Pacino in the Merchant of Venice (just because he is Al Pacino, at minimum).
And Dan Lauria, LOMBARDI. Rylance, Lauria, and Pacino are the frontrunners. I saw the reading of THE NORMAL HEART and judging from that one night alone, Mantello is not in the same league as the above three performances. Still, I can see Mantello being nominated.

Would Victoria Clark be considered featured? I would have thought supporting
"Featured" and "Supporting" mean the same thing.
Also, what about Judith Light for Best Featured Actress/Play for LOMBARDI?
Dan Lauria and Judith Light are LOCKS.
Welcome back Yankee!
If Scottsboro reopens then it will almost surely get a nom.
I think Mormon and Catch Me are also probably strong contenders.
The last slot will most likely be between Sister Act and Priscilla with Sister Act having the edge.
But it's really to early to prognosticate b/c The People In The Picture may end up being adored. And while Baby It's You seems like an also ran, you never know.
I don't think Wonderland has much of a shot in the main categories, but the costumes look pretty cool so it may get some of those type of noms.
The most exciting category for musicals I think best score!
One of K&E's best scores
Menken/Slater
Whittman/Shaiman
Wildhorn
