The staging was great, loved how the witch's shadow looked.

yeah, she was good with the glinda, and kinda was mediocre during her ending bit until the Bring Me Downs, which were good! but like ljay889 said, we heard this all before. elphaba does have a nice quality to her voice though!
Clearly it's not from a staged production of the show, given the fact that both characters are wearing the wrong costumes.
For what it was, it was a great performance. At least they got Elphaba off the ground, they didn't just have her stand on a box or have her run downstage...

Did You Tube switch videos or something? It seemed like a high school swing choir after a case of beer. What was that "flying"? Do they not teach lighting design? If so, the lighting person only took the class for On and Off.
that was good. They got her off the ground, the singing was pretty good (some off parts but its a hard song to sing, But I dont like her end riff, it sounds nice...but sometimes the riffing gets old...at least its an original riff :)
