"The Master and Margarita" by Mikhail Bulgakov.
With witches and talking cats. Pretty strange but very interesting.

Finished American Gods, which was just great, and I'm not sure what I'll read next since my Sandman isn't coming from the library. Either Lunar Park or Neal Stephenson's Quicksilver.

The Mystery of Edwin Drood by Charles Dickens

Plum, avoid Lunar Park. It's interesting for the first 50 or so pages, and then turns into mindless drivel.

The Ryan White Story.

There are no words to describe this book. I wasn't around when he was, and ... wow. I suggest everyone reads it.

I finished Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky a little a while ago, and it's also another wonderful read.

I have Adam Rapp's Under the Wolf, Under the Dog too, but I have yet to read it.

I just started The Color Purple.

I have never seen the movie or the musical and I am curious.

I am about 50 pages in and am really into the book, I'll likely watch in the next couple of days and see the musical later this month.

I finished Lunar Park last night/this morning because I had no choice. I hardly ever touch horror of any kind so I'm not inured to it. So when it turned out this book was a haunted house story I had to finish it. Even if it took until 7 in the morning. :) I rather liked it in the end, though.

I'm starting The Red and the Black, by Stendhal. Two points for anyone who can say why I picked up this book in the first place.

"Kafka On The Shore" by Haruki Murakami. This one has another talking cat. Some woman on the subway tonight saw me reading it and struck up a conversation with me about it.

I recently read that, too, Addy! Wow just about sums it up.

I also just read A Home At The End of the World, by Michael Cunningham, which I loved. Now I'm reading The Hours, by the same author.
