Well, I guess she didn't like that I figured it out and posted the right answer, because she blocked me. Hilarious."
She's so problematic. I genuinely do not understand who would hire her.
Someone said that they heard a rumor that Casey Likes from Almost Famous is Marty.
The idea is to work and to experiment. Some things will be creatively successful, some things will succeed at the box office, and some things will only - which is the biggest only - teach you things that see the future. And they're probably as valuable as any of your successes. -Harold Prince

Not familiar with her social media. Why is she so problematic?

I'm really excited about him playing Marty! I'm going to see the show in London this summer before it bows in NYC. I'm definitely booking a ticket for Broadway!

This isn’t really the show to be expecting exciting casting leaps. From all reports, the show is just a line-for-line recreation of the movie onstage with some (in my opinion) VERY mediocre songs thrown in. But the car flys, so…..yay?
On a serious note, I hope they rethink Goldie Wilson’s song. I HATE that the one song the only Black character gets is a big gospel number screlt-fest that only exists to cheer up the white character. Feels like a song from a musical 20 or 30 years ago. I’d honestly rather them cut the song completely if that’s the best they can come up with.

I saw it in London last year, after promising my nephew I’d take him to see it on Broadway this summer. Trust me when I tell you this is a show you only need to see once. Do not live with my regrets.
Jeez let the person be excited. Not everyone shares the same tastes. A lot of people enjoy the show immensely. Obviously it’s not for everyone, but no need to be so negative.

I have seen a handful of shows more than once. I will be in London anyway so why not see the show while I am there. When I get back, I wanna see it on Broadway mostly because of Roger. Also, people on this thread have raved about Hugh Coles, so I want to see his performance as well as Casey as Marty!

I should have been more specific. It’s a FUN and well produced show, but truly just a one-time thing. I think it’ll be more enjoyable in the much larger Winter Garden. Not trying to **** in the soup, truly.
I wonder if they'll put the photo of Casey & Roger on the marquee like they did on the London marquee

The eternal conundrum: If a soup is already made of sh!t, does it make any difference if you sh!t in the soup?

Can you imagine someone telling a complete stranger to not see a show, not to live with their regrets, back tracking and then telling them ONLY TO SEE IT ONCE?
