So as someone who has never used this app before, can anyone give me some tips on the best way to use it?

ChairinMain, It's pretty simple, and I don't mean that in a snarky way. It lists all the shows and days you can buy tickets for them, usually within that coming week. On weekend performances, the prices are a little higher, and tickets have a $10 fee. But other than that it's pretty easy. Select your tickets, put in someone's code to get $20 off, and then they'll send you a confirmation with pickup details. They have "concierges" come to a specified spot outside the theatre, in a bright red jacket that says TodayTix on it. And then off to your show :) I've only used it once but it was great!
