Hi friends. SO I am having some issues with my Funny Girl tickets purchased thru SeatGeek. I have not received any kind of confirmation. When I try to log into my account it tells me my password is invalid and that they will send me a code, I get nothing. Same when I go for the link to change password. It has been three days since I purchased my tickets now. When I call I get the high volume message. When I write my email gets bounced back to me. Anyone have any experience with these issues?
Seat Geek is the living worst. They might get back to you, they may not. Their customer service is horrendous. However, there is a special email to get it straight with Jujamcyn.

I had other issues a while back and also had trouble getting in touch with someone. IIRC there were a few different phone numbers floating around, but this is the number I got through with; I think it's a Jujamcyn-specific SeatGeek line: 1 (888) 985-9421. I remember being on hold for a while though. Sharing just in case you were trying another number.
Also, check your email Junk, Clutter and Spam Folders. Many of these emails go straight there. I’m baffled with the amount of people that don’t check those folders. Everyone I know found all those missed emails in there. Now they always check them.
That’s the reference but Baby Snooks isn’t written into the stage play. There’s a quick flash of Barbra as Baby Snooks in the film version, but you never see her in performance. Referencing the character in the logo is a misstep.
Finally got my ticket issue resolved. But it was not easy. Certainly makes me nervous about using seat geek for same day last minute purchases while in the city. Dealing with Jujamcyn directly on the phone was the solution. Wait time was long. But this last agent was able to take care of the problem. ( Which was not on my end) . This show and Company have been my only in advance full price purchase for my upcoming visit. Even if for whatever reason I do not like this production ( was not crazy about the televised London touring one on Broadway HD) ; how could I let myself miss the first Broadway revival of this show? Looking forward to a fun night.

Just showed this to Beanie at Eataly by the Flatiron while she was waiting for bread to be sliced. She let me post her response: “don’t ph**kin’ see the show if you’re so concerned.” Beanie rocks.

Jordan Roth and Beanie shared a photo of the first day in the theatre with the cast and crew on the set/stage. Gives me some good ol’ fashioned backstage musical vibes (Gypsy, Follies) which I love and is obviously appropriate.
I think that is just a recording of the overture? It would be almost unheard of for the orchestra to be in the pit for the first day of tech, esp. when we can see the pianist and drummer out in the house (as is customary for tech).
Thank you for this. Chills. So exciting. I truly hope they speed up “Don’t Rain on My Parade” like the original Overture does. I have live recordings of the original FUNNY GIRL and it was done in the Overture as rapid speed as on the OBCR.
Ok, that makes sense. I just saw the pianist playing, and jumped to conclusions. I will say that the stage looks absurdly high for the poor people in the front row(s).
Still. I hope they perform the “Don’t Rain on My Parade” a lot faster in the Overture. That machine-gun speeded up section raises the roof. This recorded version is so tepid and safe.
