For those who are on this more frequently than I, what is the shortcut to keeping up with a rapidly-posted thread? Do you just have to hit refresh all the time?

Just thinking about Rent (imagine that) ...is Roger the only character we know the background of? That he used to be a singer in a band and blah blah....We know a bit of background about Collins...I mean Mark is the main character of the story, I always thought...but it seems like we get to know Roger the most. I guess?

As Cam said to me earlier Anthony, there is no keeping up. That's why there are about 12 conversations going on here at once.
Honey, I don't produce theater. I am theater.

Welcome fellow insomniak aka Anthony(I always see you're on at like 4, 5 am when I am pointlessly doing stuff when I should be sleeping and there's only like 20 of us on at all...)
Also after you post, insted of clicking on the thread title, click on the "last post by" which will take you to the most recent page of the thread, instead of the first.

Pretty Dead Girl is a wonderfully inventive -- totally original -- new musical for which I've done three previous readings. It's about all the sorts of dark and twisted ways people look for love in this city. The music is written on guitar by Annmarie Milazzo, who was the mom in Bright Lights Big City. Book is by Brad Fraser, who wrote Love and Human Remains and other plays.
I play a mortician. That's all I'll say for now. Oh, and Marcy Harriell is playing my love interest.

Anthony... so do you agree that RENT (the play) is supposed to be the actual film that Mark has filmed? that you're watching the film acted out onstage?
