Was Nick Jonas unavailable to be Teen Angel?

Oh, that would be great for her!
Not bad, Carly! She kept switching to a "pop star voice" at times, but her voice was still so sweet.

Aaron looked old even when he was younger. Not a bad thing, just a tough sell for a high schooler

Didn't like the song, but Carly sang the heck out of it

The song wasn't great, but i thought she sang it well. She's been my favorite part of this so far. Beauty School Dropout is... Meh

Sadly, he has a hard time carrying a tune live.
Boyz II Men were terrible though.

This sure is Thomas Kail's year. First Hamilton, now this. Wonderfully directed, though it flattens with live to video camera, it's a technical marvel. I normally love Tveit, but not in this. Hough is a bit drab, and it's Hudgens and PenaVega who steal the spotlight and have that "camera charisma."

Boyz II Men was underwhelming. Not enough energy.

Yes! and that right there is proof that there is a God!!

Didn't care for this rendition of Beauty School Dropout. Instead of it being a song sung directly to Frenchie, this was a group singing as if they were in a concert, singing to no one in particular.

There should have been one Teen Angel. Nick Jonas or Usher. More than one angels didn't work and they were too old.

It was not nessesary for this production to even have a new song. I felt that it did not fit in at all. It didn't even sound like a song that would even come from grease. It sounded like a typical pop song you would hear from the radio.

I liked Frenchies new song, I just think it came across a dude because of the poor vocals. I think if someone with a strong voice who could belt it the song would soung way better

I actually thought Frenchy's song was sweet. Mostly because Carly sells it so well and she has a very winning personality. It was a poignant set up to beauty school dropout. I think it worked really well

Beauty School Dropout is supposed to be kind of mean and cutting and failed completely at that. They sounded pretty though.
The new song was dull as hell. Why bother?

Now, I see why the costumes are quick change and Fab-U! William Ivey Long has become a genius in the onstage transformation department!

My favorite part was the Coke commercial

Keke's "acting" is making me cringe right now ----

Who is the actress playing her? Love her.

This camera work is really well done - color me impressed.
that was a Jonas, right?

I think my favorite part so far are the people playing the minor character. Ana Gasteyer, the women playing Jan, the secretary, Patty Simcox etc...
