I would imagine that many of them will be extending. They all seem to really love the show and I don’t think that the producers would have any reason for not allowing them to extend - sales are good and they are all popular with audiences. I would be quite surprised if replacement announcements started popping up soon.
I don’t have any insider info, this is just what I think. Maybe somebody who knows more can weigh in to confirm.

Sure... but just because it’s pilot season doesn’t mean someone IS leaving. Depending if someone booked a pilot or not...... lol.
Speaking of, how has attendance of original cast been recently?"
Andre De Shields has been out quite a bit recently. Anthony Chatmon has been going on for Hermes a lot, and debuted the role with 20 minutes notice to curtain. I think Eva Noblezada might have missed some performances too. Jessie Shelton's instagram bio says "Upcoming: ...stay tuned..." which implies she might have another project in the works.
Reeve Carney arguably has the best attendance out of any performer in a musical on Broadway. He has yet to have miss a show.

This includes zero vacation days - I wonder if he has a trip coming up soon? He’d probably want to vacation with Eva, but it could be tricky having them both out at the same time. Although, Mean Girls has given Erika Henningson & Kyle Selig two weeks off at the same time, so it’s possible.
Amber recently signed on to do a mini series, I believe, so maybe her? I wouldn't be surprised if they all continue with the show for a bit longer. At the very least, I hope casting is thinking about people to replace Patrick, Amber, and Andre it seems like it will be a tall order. They are all so unique and wonderful.
Personally, I'd love to see Rachel Zegler take on Eurydice, whether on Broadway or on the national tour. She adores the show (I actually met her when she was there) and has the voice and acting chops for sure!
I think Florence Welch (Florence + The Machine) would make an interesting and different Persephone, but then I think about going gender blind and casting her as Orpheus. She dressed very androgynously/presented as a male in the Sweet Nothing video, and I'm sure she could pull off the look of the role. Not sure if she can play guitar, but I'm sure she could learn what she needs to know. I think she would sing Orpheus' songs so gorgeously. Wait For Me would sound INCREDIBLE.

I don’t know anyone who could fill hades. Honestly.
I’d love to see brendon urie as orpheus which I know would never happen."
Patrick Page's bass is so unique. I feel like whoever takes on the role of Hades next would have to have a different take on the character. And don't get me wrong, that could be interesting!
But a lot of actors choose to go to LA to strike while the iron is hot. The timing just coincides with pilot season even though fewer networks are adhering to that schedule.
Just curious if there are rumors of other actors joining the cast.
The only Persephone I’ll accept that is not Amber is Eartha Kitt.
