I strolled up the box office this morning and snagged 2 $40 seats for this Thursday and Friday in orchestra row Z. Anyone know what view is like back there?

Orchestra Right Row K Seats 14-16"
How much and when?"
These are premium seats ($299 + fees each). I cancelled them about 90 minutes ago, so I expect they should be back on the website now.

Walked by the box office today and decided to stop in. I asked the guy if he had anything cheap in the next two weeks and he was able to sell me Orch row ZZ for $40 per part. Not sure if i lucked out or if they hold some of the cheap seats at the Box Office

They have been doing this every so often!
My guess is after it opens this will not be a thing. Hope you enjoy it!
Go check for single seats in the next few days. I just grabbed a ridiculous seat in row H a few seats off center in the orchestra at regular non premium price.
-There's the muddle in the middle. There's the puddle where the poodle did the piddle."
Row K seat 4 (!!!) is available for March 29-30 for $189 each night. This is probably the best seat/row in the theatre. Will hold in case anyone wants it

Was in balcony D 8 and was a problem for both row C and D as there is a railing in front of C. Even with extra cushion, I was twisting and turning, I think perhaps E is far enough away to escape the issue.
Luckily was able to move to open seat in row B halfway through. It made quite a bit of difference to being more relaxed and thus able to enjoy and take in the play, so much so that I would not sit in those seats again, even at the $40 per the box office sold to me.
edit: once I got the better seat, appreciated seeing the floor lighting, forest shadows etc and back of stage lighting in a way i couldn't see from orch row b first night. Also the arrangement of furniture in first half--i could see the V emphasized, I assume for Voldemort. Nice visuals in exchange for not seeing facial expressions. I have to remember to bring my binoculars for second half.
Crowd cheered when first half ended. People generally well behaved, typical theatre, no kids around me--it was a weeknight, don't know if that had anything to do with it.
edit 2: the railing in front of C is both sides but not the middle.

I originally had d21 and d23 on the balcony level when I got tickets in October. I'm hoping I dodged a bullet with the new tickets I got.
QUICK seating question for those who've been (and HUGE apologies if something similar has been asked in the previous 1000 posts):
Based on the new configuration of the theatre, the staging of the show, and the volume (audibility is a factor, though not the most important one), which set of seats do you think would be better for this particular show:
a) Orchestra Row N, BUT the very last seats all the way to the side (I think it's N 33 & 35), or
b) Dress Circle Row F, side section but on the inner aisle (I believe it's F 1 & 3).
Have read responses (including one just now on the other board) that a few of the actors (incl Harry surprisingly) are hard to hear, and knowing how far back F is even with the new configuration, I've been leaning towards N.... but thought I'd love to hear responses from people who've actually been there, or sat in similar seats. I'm sure the dress circle is a good view, but wondering how hard it is to hear - and I guess for downstairs, while I'm sure hearing is no problem, I guess I'm wondering how the view is from the last seats on the end, and if (halfway back like that in row N), anyone thinks anything might be obstructed..

According to Ticketmaster, yes. I returned a pair of tickets earlier this week because I found better seats on a different date and they told me that the full amount of the original order would be credited to my card. Still waiting for it.
