[Glee] "will have pre-May 19 screenings of the show in the top 10 media markets"

Matt, posting a review is fine, but the original poster knew this show didn't air yet. Their review got several people who haven't seen it yet all riled up for a link to view it.
I still don't think it's a big deal. There are many ways to view pilots in advance. I've seen stuff that was filmed years ago that still has yet to air. I've commented on some of them and not on others. Nobody made an issue of it. Ever. People squeal and get riled up about seeing TONS of stuff, from unaired pilots to bootlegs to porn. Whether you send them a link or not is up to you, but developing interest in the topic or posting your opinions on it is really not that heinous. And honestly, it's not as if this show has the biggest buzz of the TV season.

Ok, so I was wrong about the whole thing being on iTunes. And I believe that in my original post, I made no mention of how I saw the episode; it was someone else who implied that there was a download link. I'm not going to say how I watched it, but it was a perfectly legal method of viewing.
I don't see a difference between this and going to a sneak-preview of a film and then talking about it with my comrades and colleagues, knowing that the movie opens the next weekend.
If you would like me to review a bootleg, I will say that I heard a great recording of the third touring company of SPRING AWAKENING dated 1/32/10 that I can send you.
That said, I think Jennafan's comments have done more harm on this forum than mine.

^ Oooh....can I get me a copy of that?
Bwahahahaha.
I'm done with FOX. The shows I watch on it are just going to have be from unrelated 3rd party sources. The Fox Prez. really pissed me off with his statement on Terminator: SCC.
"Sarah Connor has completed its run. I think it had a nice little run. It was a good show. It was not an either or with Dollhouse. We did see it tailing off a bit in the ratings. It had a nice creative core, but, ultimately, we made the bet on Dollhouse, so that's it for Sarah Connor... We make no apologies. We gave it a lot of support and some consistent scheduling. We tried and thought it was time to move on."
thanks! This is an amazing show! I think it would have worked very well as a movie, but there are lots of possibilities for the TV show!
I, for one, loved it! Sure, it's a little dicey, but it was pretty incredible.
However, writing Matt Morrison off as a "great" singer was hard for me to handle. Lea did a great job, though. I do feel the other kids that landed in the background deserved more time in the spotlight. The black girl has an amazing voice.
Wow, eight minutes in and this is already terrible.

Rewatching it just like I said I would, and so far haven't mentioned who the people are to anyone
Anyway, I realized something: none of those guys supposedly can match Lea Michele vocally? They were pretty good, I thought!
i for one am loving this.
On a whole it is terrible - but Matt is adorable and therefore I will continue to tune in as long as it is on. I think it is just going to fast and random for a pilot episode.

I feel like I'm watching an over confident Wendla on the screen and it's scaring me. But the show isn't all that bad.

They cut a lot, it seems.
Seriously, everytime I think that the show is terrible and I should turn it off, they go into another musical performance that is just awesome.
Though I maintain that Finn isn't that great of a singer.
yeah not really digging his voice as being something incredible, but hey, what do I know?
Not really sure why everyone has negative comments for GLEE, I found it to be very entertaining!
Predictable? Yes, very. But the musical numbers made up for anything that was lacking in the story. Finn wasn't a great singer, but Lea Michele made up for that.

So now am I allowed to say that it sucked?

Heh, same here. And I can't stand watching Lea Michele, but I do have to admit, I could listen to her sing all day.
I didn't laugh. I wasnt' entertained. Just bored and kind of insulted.
(Yes, the singing was great.)
Did I miss it or did they cut Morrison's song????
I'm growing tired of Lea's, "oh I look just like Idina" look, though I will admit her singing is voice is a hell of a lot better.
When Matt Morrison said he thinks with work the kid can hit a high B, I doubted it. So I hope he doesnt sing a B. But other than that, I thought it was entertaining. Not very emotionally captivating, much more fluffy and light. There is potentially a lot of heart that can come out of this though. I am excited for the fall.
^I wondered about that B business too! I was like, "... Really?"
Other than that... I am kinda in love. Which is never a good sign for any show. Shows I love tend to be of the "brilliant, but cancelled" variety...
I thought it was really enjoyable. As the New York TImes says it was "Blissfully Predictable" but still really fun. And Lea Michele was really fantastic, everything that can annoy me about her ended up working for the character. Though she does sort of overshadow everyone else, Finn is supposed to be the leading man that can match her talents, but he has a rather weak voice. But I will definetly continue to watch.
